Deep Healing - Increases the healing from your Healing Surge by up to 40%, based on the current health of your target. Lower health targets are healed for more.
Deep Healing starts affecting targets below 90% and its maximum bonus is granted on targets below 10%.
Ember Spirits - Nobundo's healing done is increased by 10% for each enemy hero affected by Flame Shock.
Healing Tide Totem - Healing Stream Totem heals an additional nearby ally for the same amount but its cooldown is increased by 2 seconds.

Resurgence - Your healing from Healing Surge refunds 15 mana when healing a target which is getting healed by your Healing Stream Totem.
Conflagration - Increases the radius of Flame Shock by 15% and it now stores up to 2 charges. Cooldown replenishes all charges at the same time.
Surging Tides -
Water Shield increases its target's movement speed by 10% as long as the shield persists.
Grants the affected ally a burst of speed by additional 15% for 2 seconds each time a sphere is consumed.

Earthen Wall Totem - Summons a totem with 400 (+5%/lvl) health at the target location for 10 seconds or until destroyed.
Shields all friendly heroes within its area of effect for 5% of their maximum health for 2 seconds every 2 seconds.

LEVEL 13
Cloudburst Totem - Healing Stream Totem reduces the cooldown of Healing Surge to 2 seconds while you are inside its area of effect.
It collects power from your healing done in the area. When the totem expires or dies, the stored power is released,
healing all injured allies within its radius for 25% of all healing done by Nobundo in the area while it was active, divided evenly among targets.
Lava Burst - Hurls molten lava at all targets affected by Flame Shock 2 seconds after igniting them, dealing
225 (+4%/lvl) additional damage.
Reduces the armor of enemies hit by 20 for 2 seconds.

Boiling Steam - Casting Healing Surge on an ally next to a target affected by Flame Shock will cause an explosion which slows surrounding enemies by 35% for 2 seconds. Burning enemies who get close to allies affected by
Water Shield also cause this explosion, consuming a sphere.

Thunderstorm - Calls down a bolt of lightning at the target area, dealing 200
(+4%/lvl) damage to all nearby enemies,
reducing their movement speed by 40% for 2 seconds, and knocking them back from the centre.
If Thunderstorm hits an ally affected by
Water Shield it will stun surrounding enemies for 1.25 seconds at place,
paralyzing them instead of knocking them back.

Healing Rain - Blanket the target area in healing rains, restoring
25 (+3/lvl) health per second to all friendly units for 10 seconds.
Enemies within its area of effect are slowed by 10%. Has to be channeled for 0.75 seconds.

Astral Shift - The Farseer shifts partially into the elemental planes, taking 60% less damage for 4 seconds.
Astral Shift reduces Nobundo's movement speed by 20% for its duration.

Neptulon's Blessing - Waterspeaker's Dome grants allies in its area of effect 20 armor and its duration is increased to 5 seconds.
Totem Mastery - Summoning your talented totem summons another random totem from that talent row at the target area for 10 seconds.
Casting your ultimate ability summons a Healing Stream Totem next to you and resets the duration on all placed totems.
Additionally, increases the cast range and radius of all your totems by 25%.
Swelling Waves - When you cast Healing Surge on a target, the target is healed for 33,3% of the original amount 2 seconds later.
Every fifth cast of Healing Surge also applies
Water Shield on its target.
Cleansing Waters - Healing Surge and Water Shield remove stuns, silences and slows from their targets. Healing Stream Totem's healing grants immunity to slowing effects.
2) Yes, it's intended. Not every baseline healing spell has to be super individual - there are some healing spells in the game already that are really similar to each other, too. Talents can make them unique afterwards.
