Nobundo

the Farseer

Nobundo plays much like a Restoration Shaman from WoW. He has access to multiple ways of healing his allies, but has to carefully manage his mana. Most of his utility comes from his talents. He is meant to shine in short teamfights, where he can heal his entire team efficiently. If the fights are too long, he will run out of mana.

I am no good with numbers, so just consider his stats similar to Malfurions, maybe with less health.

Combat Trait

1
Mastery: Deep Healing
Your healing effects are increased by a percentage equal to that of the targets missing health. This extra healing is applied over the course of 5 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Wind Shear
Cost: 60 mana
Cooldown: 8 seconds

Send forth a burst of wind, dealing a moderate amount of damage to the first enemy unit hit and silencing them for 0.75 second.

Healing Rain
Cost: 15 mana per second.
Cooldown: 2 seconds (from cancelling)

Cover a large area in healing rain, restoring a low amount of health to all friendly units inside every second. Cast again to cancel.

Healing Surge
Cost: 80 mana
Cooldown: 12 seconds

After channeling for 1 second, restore a large amount of health to the target friendly hero.

Reveal everything within a large area for 5 seconds.

Healing Stream Totem
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Summon a Healing Stream Totem that heals the two nearby allies with the lowest health for 2% of their maximum health per second, prioritizing heroes. Lasts 10 seconds or until destroyed.

Grounding Totem
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Summon a Grounding Totem that gives nearby allied heroes 25 spell armor for its duration, reducing ability damage taken by 25%. Lasts 10 seconds or until destroyed.

Wind Rush Totem
Cooldown: 60 Seconds

Summon a Wind Rush Totem that gives nearby allied heroes 20% bonus attack speed and 10% bonus movement speed for its duration. Lasts 10 seconds or until destroyed.

Cloudburst Totem
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Summon a Cloudburst Totem that gains power from your healing spells. When it expires or is destroyed, 25% of this healing is spread evenly among all nearby injured heroes. Lasts 10 seconds or until destroyed. May be reactivated to end its effect.

Reincarnation
Cooldown: 120 seconds

Cast while dead to ressurect yourself, respawning at your death location with 20% health and mana.

Heroic Abilities

Wellspring
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 80 seconds

Send a surge of water in a large cone in front of you, healing all friendly heroes hit for 40% of their maximum health.

Water Shield
Cost: 75 mana
Cooldown: 30 seconds

Shield a friendly hero for 10 seconds, absorbing a large amount of damage, decaying over the duration. While the shield persists, the target regenerates 15 mana per second.

Talents

Level 1:

Undulation (E)
Quest: Using Healing Surge on an allied hero with less than 25% health permanently reduces its cooldown by 0.2 seconds, up to a maximum of 4 seconds reduction.
Reward: After healing 10 heroes below 25% health, the cast time is reduced to 0.5 seconds.
Reward: After healing 20 heroes below 25% health, the cast time is removed.

Windsong (Q)
Quest: Silencing an enemy hero with Wind Shear permanently increases its silence duration by 0.05 seconds, up to a maximum bonus of 0.75 seconds.
Reward: After silencing 15 enemy heroes, Wind Shear may affect up to 2 enemy heroes, with the second hero recieving half damage and silence duration.

Resurgence (W)
Healing Rain refunds 1 mana per second for every affected allied hero.

Far Sight (Active)
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Reveal everything within a large area for 5 seconds.

Level 4:

Persistant Gale (Q)
Wind Shear passes through and damages non-hero units, dealing 10% less damage for every unit hit.

Drench (Basic Attack)
Every 10 seconds, your next Basic Attack deals 100% increased damage and slows by 30% for 1 second.

Rain Season (W)
The healing and radius og Healing Rain is increased by 2% every second it is active, up to a maximum of 20%.

Ancestral Resolve (Trait)
Nobundo gains 2 armor, reducing all damage taken by 2%, for every hero affected by Mastery: Deep Healing.

Level 7:

Level 13:

Tempest (Q)
When an enemy unit is hit by Wind Shear, all enemies in a small area in slowed by 60% for 0.5 second. Does not apply when passing through minions.

Overflow (E, Trait)
Healing Surge applies the extra healing from Mastery: Deep Healing to all heroes within a short radius.

Calming Waters (W)
Stun, root, slow, fear, blind and silence effects on allies affected by Healing Rain have their duration decreased by 10%.

Freezing Rain (W)
Healing Rain applies a debuff to enemies inside its area, slowing them by 1%. This can stack up to 10 times and lasts for 1 second after leaving the area.

Level 16:

Talent Name (Q)
All enemies damaged by Wind Shear are blinded for 2 seconds.

Invigorating Stream (E)
Healing Surge increases the targets movement speed by 25% for 2 seconds.

Bottomless Depths (Trait)
The healing and duration of Mastery: Deep Healing is increased by 25%.

Sand Blast (Trait)
The duration of Mastery: Deep Healing is reduced by 2 seconds.

Level 20:

High Tide (R)
Wellsprings area is increased by 25% and the wave travels 25% faster. Enemy heroes hit are knocked back slightly and slowed by 30% for 2 seconds.

Cleansing Barrier (R)
Water Shield removes all negative effects from the target and makes then unstoppable for 1 second.

Totem Mastery (Active)
Grants access to all totems and reduce their cooldown by 20 seconds.

Reincarnation (Active)
Cooldown: 120 seconds
Cast while dead to ressurect yourself, respawning at your death location with 20% health and mana.
