Norman is a highly skilled SCV pilot who served during the uprising against the Dominion forces. He proved countless times that SCV units are more than just mining machines and can make a great difference on the field of battle.

We require more minerals
Gain 10 Minerals from Takedowns and 2 Minerals from nearby Minions dying. Use the minerals to build structures or repair damaged forts. Minerals are lost on death but they reduce the respawn time by 1 second for for every 5 minerals in possession. Can hold a maximum of 100 minerals.
Primary Abilities

Hammerdrill
Powerful drill that does dramatic damage against enemy fortifications at the cost of 5 minerals / second. Can be used to significantly repair and rearm friendly fortifications with the same supply cost.
Upgrade choices:
[Level 1] Scrap collector: If a building is destroyed while hammerdrill is used on it will return 10 minerals.
[Level 4] Neosteel Drill Head: Increase damage and repair rate by 20% at the cost of 7 minerals/second. [Level 7] Jackhammer:Improved percussion causes towers trepidation rendering them unable to fire while the drill is active on them.
[Level 20] Moebius Motor: progressively increase damage against buildings the longer the drill stays active. Bonus is lost if the hero is interrupted or the building is destroyed.

Vespine Barrel Roll
Sends a rolling barrel filled with toxic liquefied Vespine Gas. The barrel explodes when hitting a target dealing AOE damage poisoning all nearby enemies. Enemies can shoot the barrel forcing it to explode earlier.
Upgrade choices:
[Level 4] Crystal spikes: Barrels deal +1% increased damage for every mineral stacked (max +100%).
[Level 7] Neosteelcarcass: The barrels sustain additional damage before cracking.
[Level 13] High pressure:Increase the Barrel splash radius by 50%
[Level 17] Fine Edges: With finer edges the Barrels travel further and twice as fast.

Build Supply Depot
The hero can build a small supply depot at the cost of 30 minerals anywhere on the map paths. The depot can sustain 1000 damage before falling. Use it wisely to block paths, straighten fortifications or bottleneck own minions to gather a massive wave. Enemy Minions and Mercenaries will attack the depot in their path so it's a great way to delay an enemy push. The build time is 10 seconds and only 2 depots can exist simultaneously. This building can be salvaged using the Hammerdrill for 50% return of it's initial mineral cost.
Upgrade choices:
[Level 1] Predefined Schematics:Reduce supply depot building time by 50%.
[Level 13] It's a Trap! If destroyed the Supply depot explodes dealing AOE damage.
[Level 16] Thick walls: The depot can sustain twice the damage before falling.
[Level 20] Efficient maintenance: Permits 3 supply depots to be placed at once.
Secondary Abilities

Point Defense Drone
P.D.D. fires lasers promptly denying enemy missile attacks. Has 10 energy using 1 each time a ranged attack is countered. When the energy is used up the drone vanishes. - Does not counter abilities. - Can be targeted. Cooldown: 60s

Build Bunker
Build a Bunker that can sustain 3000 damage and can host up to 4 heroes. While inside the bunker ranged heroes can shoot basic attacks with a slight range increase but cannot use abilities. Build time: 10 seconds. Cooldown: 120 s
Upgrade choices: [Level 20] Great Bunker: Bunker now sustains 4000 damage and a small turret is added on top that deals a small amount of damage prioritizing heroes.

Build Sensor Tower
Wide range detector can spot enemy heroes and minions from afar, representing them as red dots. Invisible heroes are not revealed, the sensor tower only gives away their position. Can be destroyed easily Build Time: 10 s Cooldown: 60 s
Upgrade choices:
[Level 20] Greater Sensor Tower: Detector range increased by 30%, adds a scouting drone above it.
Special Mount

SCV has a 20% permanent movement speed bonus that decreases proportionally with the current mineral load.

1st skill is cool, tho its limited to buildings and structures. tho when used in conjunction with his third skill it really can annoy enemies with its lane delay tactics.
I like the overall idea but i think you need a talent or some other way to get minerals. All the abilities use minerals which means you need to rely on aa to gets your initial kills and minerals. Maybe change to the trait to allow you to toggle between mining minerals from enemy structures and damaging them? Sonya only has 2 abilities that use furry and it seems you are trying to do a similar type of thing with minerals.
