Dominion Ghost Reimagined

This re-imagined version of Nova gains wave-clear, zoning, and something that resembles Starcraft Ghost cloaking rather than permanent stealth. Snipe deals fixed damage that can be improved but has a risk associated with lining up a shot until talented. There are a lot of options to talent towards non-Cloak and non-Snipe gameplay.

Combat Trait

Ghost Cloaking
Mana: 5 per second
Cooldown: 15 seconds from deactivation

Activate to gain Stealth after 3 seconds and reactivate to cancel Stealth. Taking damage, attacking, or using abilities breaks Stealth. Basic Attack Range and Sight are 20% further than other heroes. Notes: Ghost Cloaking activation becomes disabled within the radius of revealing abilities, so these abilities cannnot put Ghost Cloaking on cooldown without entering Stealth and reentering the revealing ability radius.

Primary Abilities

Snipe
Mana: 40
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Kneel and fire a shot after 1 second that deals damage equal to 20% of the target's maximum health to the first target hit. 50% effective on structures. Kneeling to aim does not break Stealth. Notes: The projectile velocity would be 25% faster than what's currently ingame to allow hitting distant targets to be easier but still requiring skill.

Pinning Shot
Mana: 55
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Deal 110 damage to an enemy and slow it by 40% for 2.25 seconds.

Incendiary Round
Mana: 45
Cooldown: 15 seconds

Fire a shot that ignites an area on fire for 3 seconds, setting targets on fire and burning them for 40 damage per second for 5 seconds. Ignited area grows over 3 seconds. Notes: Area equal to base Blizzard or Entangling Roots. Targets cannot be affected by Incendiary Round twice and is only reapplied on expiration of the DoT.

Heroic Abilities

Psionic Focus
Mana: 100
Cooldown: 70 seconds

Enter a focused Psionic state for 12 seconds where Vision, Basic Attack, Snipe, Pinning Shot, and Incendiary Round Ranges are increased by 30% and Snipe inflicts an additional 20% maximum health damage. Does not break Stealth.

Nuclear Strike
Mana: 125
Cooldown: 100 seconds

Channel a beacon over 3.5 seconds to direct a nuclear missile strike, dealing 465 damage to enemies in a large area. The residual fallout deals 21 damage per second for 5 seconds. Does not break Stealth but the beacon is visible. Notes: Slightly larger area than Pheonix or Starfall.

Tier 1 Talents

Advanced Cloaking - Reduces cloaking time by 1 second and increases your movement speed by 20% while Stealthed. Ghost Cloaking mana cost is reduced by 2 per second.
Ghost Protocol - Stealth will not be broken by damage, attacking, or using abilities for the first 3 seconds of Stealth. Once every 60 seconds, Ghost Cloaking can be reactivated within 3 seconds of breaking Stealth.
Rangefinder Oculus - Increases the cast range of Snipe, Pinning Shot or Incendiary Round by 30% once every 6 seconds and the range of your next following Basic Attack by 30%.
Holo Decoy - Cooldown: 30 seconds. Create a decoy for 5 seconds that appears to attack enemies. Does not inflict damage, does not take damage but does draw minion and structure fire, and does not break Stealth on use.

Tier 2 Talents

Cloaking Capacitors - Ghost Cloaking cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds. Snipe, Pinning Shot, and Incendiary Round mana costs are reduced by 10 each.
Covert Ops - Firing Snipe from Stealth and hitting a target will inflict bonus damage equal to 10% of the targets maximum health. 50% effective on structures.
Lethal Decoy - Cooldown: 30 seconds. Deploy a Decoy for 5 seconds that uses Nova's attacks and abilities at 50% strength. Lethal Decoy can be destroyed and does not break Stealth on use. Notes: Snipe will only damage 10% of a targets health.
Search and Destroy - Basic Attacks against targets affected by Pinning Shot or Incendiary Round increase your movement speed by 15% for 2 seconds. Your vision radius is increased by 20%.
Surveillance Decoy - Cooldown: 30 seconds. Deploy a Decoy that can be directed for 10 seconds seconds with a doubled vision radius. Notes: Press the associated number key to redirect the Decoy, like Lunara's Wisp.

Tier 3 Talents

Anti-Armor Shells - Basic Attacks inflict bonus damage equal to 5% of a Hero's maximum health but fire 250% slower. Can be toggled on or off.
Flashbang Grenade - Cooldown: 30 seconds. Throw a grenade that inflicts 100 damage and blinds all targets caught in the radius for 3 seconds. Does not break Stealth on use.
Monomolecular Blade - Cooldown: 30 seconds. Swipe a small area around you for 200 damage. Inflicts an extra 100 damage if used from Stealth.
One in the Chamber - After using a Basic Ability, your next Basic Attack within 3 seconds deals an 80% additional damage.

Autoloaders - Incendiary Round now has 2 charges.
Double Tap - Pinning Shot now has 2 charges.
Psionic Aim - Snipe can be fired instantly without kneeling.
Turbojet Jumpsuit - Cooldown: 60 seconds. Activate thrusters to quickly jump to a nearby area. Notes: Distance equal to Dwarf Toss or Vault.

Tier 6 Talents

Commando - Reduce the cooldown on Holo Decoy, Lethal Decoy, Surveillance Decoy, Flash Grenade, and Monomolecular Blade by 10 seconds and Turbojet Jumpsuit by 20 seconds. Increase Incendiary Round, Flash Grenade, and Monomolecular Blade radius by 25% as well as Flash Grenade and Incendiary Round duration by 2 seconds.
Thermite Mixture Additive - Targets affected by Incendiary Round become Vulnerable, taking 25% extra damage for 2 seconds. Notes: Vulnerable has no effect on Snipe's fixed damage.
Explosive Round - Snipe deals extra damage equal to 5% of a Hero's maximum health and also deals damage to nearby enemies equal to 10% of their maximum health. Snipe has full effectiveness on structures. Notes: Double the current radius currently ingame.
Tactical Espionage - While in Stealth, Basic Ability cooldowns regenerate 50% faster.

Tier 7 Talents

Psionic Ascension - Psionic Focus now increases the range of your Vision, Basic Attack, Snipe, Pinning Shot, and Incendiary Round Ranges by 40% and Snipe deals extra damage equal to 35% of a Hero's maximum health. You know the location of all enemy heroes. Notes: Maximum Snipe damage percentage should be topping out at 70% with Snipe (20%), Covert Ops (10%), Explosive Round (5%), and Psionic Ascension (35%). Toss in Anti-Armor Shells and you can hit ~75% with a Snipe and Basic Attack. Those long ranges are hard to hit though...
M.A.D. - Nuclear Strike's cooldown is reduced by 25 seconds and is cast for free at your location upon death.
Elite Commando - Holo Decoy, Lethal Decoy, Surveillance Decoy, and Flash Grenade gain a second charge. The range of Turbojet Jumpsuit is increased by 30%.
White Phosphorous - Incendiary Round deals bonus damage equal to 2% of a Hero's maximum health per second.
