added functionality- active your trait to cast ghost protocol. reduce ghost protocol cd from 60 to 20 sec cd, duration up to 1 second and it no longer summons a decoy.
ghost protocol need less cd, but with shorter cd (and all the other changes) the decoy has to go.

now reduce cd by 2 sec if you hit an enemy hero.
the quest was promoting "afking" and punished players for no reason (if the target dies before Q gets to it)

[W] flash bang
new! throw a grande that explode upon impact, dealing 100 damage in a medium aoe, reduce targets vision for 1.5 sec and slow them by 30% for 2.5 seconds.
12 sec cd, 65 mana.
point and click slow didn't brought much and made hitting with snipe too easy, reducing sight will work better with decoy.
this change is more drastic than the others so im not 100% sure about it.

she needs a way to have pve in order to be competitive, so instead of having wave-clear she needs to kill in order to get it.

tier 2
- takedown grant 14 stacks, hitting heroes with snipe grant 2 stacks.
- ghost protocol also summons a decoy, but increase cd by 20 sec.
passive- reduce decoy cd by 5 sec. and its cost by 50%.
- shields take additional 200 damage, reduce cd by 2 sec.
tier 3
- On In The Chamber- After using an Ability, Nova's next Basic Attack within 3 seconds deals 60% additional damage and has 1 additional range.
- Anti-Armor Shells- same.
- Advanced Sniper- hitting an enemy hero more than 1 time in a row reduce the cd by 4, and refunds its mana cost.
increase snipe range by 15%.
tier 5
-gain 25 armor while stealth and 3 sec after. while below 50% hp, heal for 2% of max hp while stealthed.
- also works on captured enemy mercs.
- cripples targets, preventing them from using any movement abilities (but they can move), and increase duration by 0.5 sec.
tier 6
- increase damage to 25% now explosion on expiration dealing 150 damage.
- reduce the armor of targets close in the center by 20 for 2 sec.
- Explosive round- snipe deals 100% damage in an aoe around the target. reduce the cd of ghost protocol by 2 seconds per enemy hero hit.
