An attempt at a conceptual Nova rework that reduces her burst by a tad but increases the amount of utility she can give to a team
Another design goal was to make her varying builds a bit more interesting in general, removing talents that either suck (perfect shot/explosive shot) or doesn't do much at all (Remote delivery, all current pinning shot talents bar crippling shot)
It is currently a work in progress but constructive feedback is appreciated
Latest changes (7/1-2016):
Changed gathering power for crippling shot at level 4 (Felt like Gathering power was too similar to perfect shot and perfect shot is ultimately more interesting)
Clarified the wording on target marked
Portable stealth field changed for advanced cloaking at 16

Nova's biggest problems are three-fold: One, other ranged assassins bring more to the fight through control, utility, and escapes because she really ONLY brings damage; Two, she's too counterable in high level play due to the nature of cloak just needing a good eye; Three, laning with her defeats the purpose of her as she's also one of the worst laners in game excepting some supports and she only really gets strong late game, limiting her team value too much early on. You seem to have reasonably addressed some of that, but losing her move while cloaked is huge as now she's lost her ability to scout and move to a priority target during a team fight without being seen (moving in during the fight is when she should move in afterall). Having to holo to stealth just makes her even more obvious that she's there at that point. A better choice might be to have a "muzzle flash suppressor" talent that allows her to basic while cloaked (and is very minimally revealed each time) so long as she remains still within a window of time after the basic attack. This could increase range but would reduce attack speed, as well, only while cloaked and stationary.
Reducing her overall basic attack and her potential alpha strike damage would be necessary with such changes, but it sounds like good grounds for a rework so far.
