This is not a hero concept but just a talent rework, meaning that Combat Traits represent talents on lvl1, Primary abilities represent lvl4, Secondary lvl7, Heroics represent lvl13, Special mounts represent lvl16
Reason being Nova feels too much one-trick-pony hero ATM, wanted to give her a bit more diversity of style plays
