Old Murkeye is a hero designed to excel at split pushing. His damage output and health are low, but scales upwards the more murlocs he is surrounded by. Generally he will be weak initially but as he ramps up and builds up murlocs, he will become a force to be reckoned with.
Murlocs are about as strong as normal lane minions (probably a little bit weaker), and consist of 2 main types (possibly others through talents). Raiders are melee based minions (like footman lane minions), and tidehunters are ranged (like archer lane minions. They don't have a time limit, though, and will simply keep pushing until they are killed.
Old Murkeye will become extremely tanky and push very quickly if left to his own devices, but he will be susceptible to heroes with strong wave clear potential (Jaina, Kael'thas), who will quickly clear his murlocs, which in turn makes Old Murkeye pretty squishy.
The cooldown times and numbers still need a lot of tweaking, and I haven't got round to thinking of talents yet. If it's a popular idea then I'll see what I can come up with.
