Orisa

Protecter of Numbani

Originally an OR-15, a new defense robot to protect Numbani and re-modeled after the OR-14's. A deadly omnic robot that attacked the Uprising in kings row. While the original OR-15 tried to defend the Numbani airport against the mighty Doomfist, it was destroyed. A girl named Efi Odadele brought the scraps home and rebuilt it into Orisa. Orisa now protects the citizens of Numbani with her life.

Allied heroes withen 10 yards of Orisa gain 20 armor. This affects Orisa as well.

Primary Abilities

Fusion overdrive
Orisa fires her fusion cannon in a direction of which the cursor was at, dealing 50 physical damage for each shot every second. Lasts 4 seconds. This ability's rate of fire is increased with Orisa's attack speed.


Cooldown: 5 seconds.

Halt!
Orisa fires a ball of fusion energy infront of her. Enemy heroes nearby it will be pulled to it when re-activated.


Cooldown: 15 seconds.

Protective barrier
Orisa fires down a protective barrier infront of her. This barrier has 1500 health and lasts 10 seconds.


Cooldown: 10 seconds.

Secondary Abilities

Fortify
Orisa's body hardens, gaining 50 armor and becoming unstoppable for 3 seconds.

Cooldown: 20 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Supercharger
Orisa places down a supercharger around her. This gives her and allied heroes 25% more physical damage and 50% more spell damage.

The supercharger lasts 4 seconds.


Cooldown: 100 seconds.

Unsupercharger
Orisa places down a Unsupercharger around her. This gives enemy heroes 25% less physical damage and 50% less spell damage.

Lasts 8 seconds.


Cooldown: 40 seconds.

Special Mount

Quadruped
Orisa gains 40% increased movement speed for 4 seconds.


Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Level 1

Get over here!: Halt's grab range is increased by 25%.

Slowing Pellets: Fusion Overdrive's damage slows enemy's by 20% for 2 seconds.

Defensive measures: Fortify gives 10 more armor.

Level 4

Offense mode:QUEST:Hit heroes with Fusion overdrive 50 times.

REWARD:Fusion overdrive lasts 2 more seconds and deal 20% more damage.

Defense mode:QUEST:Have Fortify or Protective barrier absorb 30,000 damage.

REWARD:Protect the Innocent gives 10 more armor and range increase by 5 yards.

Cunning mode:QUEST:Have 5 heroes pulled by just one Halt!

REWARD:Halt's cooldown is lowered by 2 for every hero pulled.

Level 7

Ironskin: When fortify's duration ends. Gain 25 spell armor for 3 seconds.

Amplified cannon: Basic attacks against heroes lower the cool down of Fusion overdrive by 0.25 seconds.

Level 13

Centaur-like speed: Quadruped lasts 6 seconds and now give 50% more movement speed instead.

Grand defense: Protective barrier absorbs 20% more damage.

Widening will: Protective barrier's width is increased by 40%.

Level 16

Never give in: Protect the innocent gives allied heroes 10% more spell power. You can now activate this ability to triple this bonus for 3 seconds. This can stack with Supercharger.

Ricochet pellets: Fusion overdrive's bullets have a 50% chance to hit the next closest hero.

Fusion punch:ACTIVE: Do a melee strike that deals 240 spell damage to an enemy. 40 second cooldown.

Level 20

Cease your resistance!: Supercharger gives allies 40% more movement speed and attack speed.

Discording pulses: Unsupercharger also gives enemy heroes 25% less attack speed and 30% movement speed.

Numbani's hero: Protect the innocent gives 80% more armor.

Eli's regards: Fusion overdrive's cooldown is reduced by 50% and every hero hit by it increases the duration by 0.25 seconds.
