Cleave (Also hits the tile left or right of the tile you are targeting.) 4 MP
Deal 12 Magical damage to targets hit. Targets hit lose 3 HOT stacks.
Empower (10+):
Deals an additional 6 Magical Damage and adds 3 DOT stacks.

Howl of the Phoenix
3x3 Radius centered on The Phoenix Lord 2 MP
All enemies in the radius have -1 Damage and -1 Move until the end of their next turn.
Empower (9+):
Refund 2 MP and your Phoenix Form is activated for free on your next turn.

After moving you heal yourself for 4 HP and your next Ability this turn deals +2 Damage.

Deal 2 Physical Damage and inflict 3 DOT stacks.
