In-Game Blurb: Phoenix Wright is no stranger to fighting as an underdog, but this is ridiculous! Demon lords? Hivemind aliens? Undead warlords? OBJECTION!

Description: Grants situational Spell Armor to his allies by using his abilities. Has Heroic Abilities that grow more powerful the more of a bind his team is in.

OBJECTION!
Whenever Phoenix uses one of his Basic Abilities, nearby allies gain 25 Spell Armor for 5 seconds, but only against abilities corresponding to the same default key.

Primary Abilities

Break Psyche Lock
Mana Cost: 15
CD: 10 sec.

Stun target enemy Hero for 0.5 seconds. Every fifth time you target the same Hero with this ability, extend the stun to 3 seconds. The uses do not have to be consecutive, but reset when Phoenix dies.

Perceive
Mana Cost: 25
CD: 12 sec.

Place target enemy Hero's Basic Ability corresponding to the last one Phoenix used before targeting them with Perceive on CD for 1.5 seconds, defaulting to W if Phoenix did not use a Basic Ability since the start of the match or since the last time he died. For each consecutive time Phoenix applies Perceive to the same Basic Ability on the same enemy Hero, extend the CD by .5 seconds. This streak is not broken by targeting a different Hero, but is broken by affecting a different Basic Ability on the same Hero or by Phoenix dying.

Phoenix is Protected from ability damage from target enemy Hero for 2 seconds.

Temporary Amnesia
CD: 45 sec.

Upon activation, Phoenix cannot use his Basic Abilities for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds have passed, Phoenix's next 3 Basic Abilities will have instant CDs. Temporary Amnesia's CD begins after the third Basic Ability Phoenix uses after its activation.

Refusal to Testify
CD: 60 sec.

After this ability is activated, the next allied Hero near Phoenix who would normally die is instead teleported to the Hall of Storms. The Hero saved from being killed this way cannot damage or disable enemy Heroes for 50% of what would have been the duration of their death timer. This ability's CD begins after the affected Hero's reduced timer expires.

Defiant to the End
CD: 120 sec.

Upon activating this ability, Phoenix is immediately killed, but the 2 allied Heroes with the shortest death timers are immediately resurrected at 100% health. This ability's CD begins when Phoenix's death timer expires.

Turnabout Heroic
CD: Special

Upon using this ability, Phoenix switches to the Heroic Ability that he did not choose at level 10. That ability's CD is increased by 50%. Turnabout Heroic cannot be used again until after the new Heroic Ability has been used and is off CD.

For the next 10 seconds, you and your allies gain 5 Armor for each death they have suffered and all enemy Heroes lose 5 Armor for each takedown they have earned.

Living On Through Him
Mana Cost: 75
CD: 90 sec.

Summon Mia Fey within a small radius of Phoenix Wright for 15 seconds. Mia Fey is controlled by the AI, has untalented versions of all of Phoenix Wright's Basic Abilities on 1 sec. CDs, and is Invincible. For each death Phoenix's team has suffered, reduce the CD of Living On Through Him by 1 second (min. 30 sec.).

Level 1 Talents

- Rookie Lawyer (Trait): Quest: Activate OBJECTION! on 50 allies each with Break Psyche Lock, Perceive, and Mood Matrix. Reward: Increase the Spell Armor granted by OBJECTION! by 5 points for each branch of the Quest you complete. When you complete all 3 branches, increase the Spell Armor granted by OBJECTION! by an additional 10 points.

- List of Names (Passive): Whenever an enemy Hero kills you or one of your allies, they become Susceptible to the next Basic Ability used by the Hero they killed. A Hero targeted by an ability to which they are Susceptible has the effects of the ability increased by 50% and the ability's CD is reset as soon as it affects the Susceptible Hero. This talent affects one additional ability per talent tier.

- The Samurai Always Wins (Passive): Phoenix gains 5 Physical Armor against melee Basic Attacks. Increase this amount by 5 points per talent tier.

- Unexpected Witnesses (Trait): Enemy Minions who die from damage inflicted by a Hero under the effects of OBJECTION! are converted to your side.

Level 4 Talents

- Temporary Amnesia (Active)

- Empowered Magatama (Q): Reduce the CD of Break Psyche Lock by 1 second for each consecutive time past the first that Phoenix uses it on the same enemy Hero, up to 5 times. The CD is reset to its normal value if Phoenix dies or targets another Hero.

- Rushed Testimony (Trait): Whenever an enemy Hero, Minion, or Mercenary damages or disables an allied Hero affected by OBJECTION!, they will receive 50% of that damage and/or disabling in return.

- Captive Counsel (Trait): Phoenix can now target his allies with his Basic Abilities. When he does so, OBJECTION! removes Spell Armor from nearby enemy Heroes instead of its normal effect.

Level 7 Talents

- ZVARRI! (W): Enemies affected by Perceive are Slowed by 30% for the duration of its effects.

- Self-Incrimination (E): Enemy heroes affected by Mood Matrix receive damage equal to 75% of the damage prevented by Mood Matrix.

- Final Denunciation (E): Mood Matrix now affects nearby allies. Increase its CD by 2 seconds for each additional Hero affected by Mood Matrix.

Level 13 Talents

- Smuggling Ring (Passive): Whenever a Hero or Summon on either side dies near Phoenix, they leave behind a healing globe. This ability can only be activated once every 30 seconds.

- Mob Trial (Trait): Allied Heroes affected by OBJECTION! gain an untalented OBJECTION! for their next Basic Ability used while under its effects.

- Not Rain, Nor Snow... (W): Decrease the duration of Perceive's effect by 0.5 seconds, but the effected ability's CD is now permanently extended until Phoenix dies.

- Test of Wits (Trait): If an allied Hero affected by OBJECTION! is damaged within the first 3 seconds of the effect, they gain a 500-point shield.

Level 16 Talents

- Face the Countdown (E): 10 seconds after the 5th consecutive time the same enemy Hero is targeted with Mood Matrix, enemy Heroes near the target are Feared for 2 seconds.

- It Really Starts to Feel Real (W): After the effects of Perceive expire, Phoenix gains 25 Armor for 5 seconds, but only for damage from the target. If the target does not damage Phoenix during this time, Phoenix takes 5% of his current health in damage.

- Triple Objection (Passive): If you use all 3 of your Basic Abilities on the same enemy Hero before any of the effects expire, reduce their CDs by 50%.

- The Dissin' of Phoenix Wright (Q): Double the duration of Break Psyche Lock's first 4 uses on the same target, but Break Psyche Lock now Taunts its target instead of Stunning them.

Level 20 Talents

- Which Is My Real Face? (R1): Reduce the effects of enemy Heroes' Basic Abilities by 50% until Revisualization expires.

- Legacy of the Fey Clan (R2): Phoenix's Basic Abilities are on 3 sec. CDs until Living On Through Him expires.

- Divination Seance (Passive): After Phoenix is killed, the enemy Hero who killed or most recently damaged him is revealed to your team for 15 seconds.
