Lvl 1
Thick Cloud: Increase Swarm Cloud's Area by 20% and it also slows enemies by 20%. Swarm Cloud now also affects Minions and Mercenaries.
Hidden Tunnels: After going through a Tunnel you gain invisibility for 1.5 Second which is unbreakable.
Unappeasable Hunger:
Quest: Kill friendly Minions with Consume.
Reward: After killing 15 Minions with Consume, reduce the cooldown of it by 2 Seconds.
Reward: After killing 30 Minions with Consume, it also grants 5% Spell Power for 10 Seconds. Stacks up to 15% Spell Power. Using Consume refreshes the Spell Power's duration.
Lvl 4
Unstable DNA:
Quest: Collect 30 Regeneration Globes. Each Globe increases your Maximum Mana by 5.
Reward: Double the value of the Spell Power which Plaguebringer gains from any source.
Corpse Eater: Whenever a Hero dies, reduce the Cooldown of your Toxins by 35 Seconds.
Intensifying Toxins: Everytime it hits an enemy Hero, increase its Damage by 8.5%.
Lvl 7
Feeding Frenzy: After using Consume your Basic Attacks for 3 Seconds deal a Bonus 36 Damage over 2 Seconds. Can stack up 2 times. Additionally, your Basic Attacks also reduce your Toxins' Cooldowns by 1.5 Seconds after using Consume for 5 Seconds.
Toxic Swarm: Enemies in Swarm Cloud will be sprayed with Toxin enchanced Plague when you cast a Toxin enhanced Plague. These Plagues doesn't stack.
Hungering Swarm: Everytime an enemy Hero dies while inside Swarm Cloud, extend its duration by 3 Seconds.
Lvl 10
Hyper Virus
Mana Cost: 90 Mana
Cooldown: 100 Seconds
Infect an Enemy Hero, dealing 100% of his Maximum Health as Damage over 5 Seconds. Hyper Virus can't reduce the target's Health below 10% of their Maximum Health.
Neurotoxin
Mana Cost: 105 Mana
Cooldown: 120 Seconds
Release a Neurotoxin Cloud around you, dealing 26 Damage/Second to Heroes and slowing them by 25%/Second as long as they remain in its area and for 1.5 Seconds after leaving it, up to 100%.
Upon reaching 100% Slow, Heroes become Rooted as long as they remain its area and for 1.5 Second after leaving it.
If they stay 3 more Seconds in the Neurotoxin Cloud they become Stunned as long as they remain in its area and for 0.5 Second after leaving it. Neurotoxin lasts for 10 Seconds.
Lvl 13
Toxic Carapace: Upon taking Damage, spread Plague to nearby enemies. Can toggle auto-cast. Can only happen every 10 Second.
Passive: Increase Plague's Area by 15%.
Cannibalize: You can use Consume on allied Heroes to deal 350 Damage to them. Using Consume this way will restore 8% of your Maximum Mana and 8% of your Maximum Health and also reduce the Cooldown of your Toxins by 20 Seconds. You can't kill allied Heroes with this and you also can't interrupt them.
Burrow: Gain the ability to burrow yourself into the ground.
Lvl 16
Dark Swarm: Swarm Cloud now grants allies Evade as long as they remain in its area.
Corrosive Compound: Plague additionally deals 1% of the sprayed Heroes' Maximum Health as Damage every Second.
Chemical Reaction: Toxin enchanced Plague Roots enemy Heroes for 1.5 Seconds if they are slowed by 20% or more when the got affected by it.
Lvl 20
Epidemic: When Hyper Virus expires or its host dies, it spreads to nearby Enemy Heroes.
Zerg Bioweapon: Activate your Trait to enhance your next Plague with all your Toxins and increase the Toxins duration by 2.5 Seconds. Can only activate when all of your Toxins are off Cooldown. 120 Second Cooldown.
Passive: Can enhance the same Plague with 2 Toxins.
Tunneling Claws: Reduce the time required to dig a tunnel to 0.75 Second and to go through it to 0.15 Seconds. Additionally, reduce the Cooldown of Dig Tunnel to 15 Seconds and increase your Movement Speed by 10%.
Siphoning Chemicals: Heal for 75% of the Damage dealt by Plague if it's enhanced by your Toxins.
