High priestess of goddess Anat goddess of war and blood. This is a concept challenge between me and another creators listed below in credits. This concept is not based on any existing character, I tried make an original character based on Blood Priest/Priestess theme.

Sacrifice: Self
Press to swap to Sacrifice: Blood.
When Sacrifice: Self is active priestess basic attack are melee. When Priestress does damage with basic attacks and abilities 50% of that damage done will return her to fill her Blood meter. Similar effect also apply whene allied hero damages enemy hero nearby her but only 20% of that damage will go to blood meter.

Press to swap to Sacrifice: Self.
When Sacrifice: Blood is active priestess basic attack are ranged and each attack consumes 2.5% of maximum blood. When Priestress does damage with basic attacks and abilities no longer will fill her Blood meter as long as this mode is active but effect when allied hero damages enemy hero nearby her, 20% of that damage will go to blood meter.

Q - Blood Offering
Blood Offering will sacrifice 15% of priestess current health to heal one targeted person for that amount within range of 2.5. Cannot cast on herself.
Cooldown 5 seconds.

W - Word of Anat
Priestess will preach Word of Anat dealing 140(+4%) damage around her in area of 3 and allied heroe in that area will have increased attack speed by 15% for 3 seconds.
Cooldown 12 seconds.

E - Sacrifical Stab
Priestess will use Sacrifical Stab on enemy withing 1.5 range to deal 310(+4%) damage and stun for 1 second.
Cooldown 10 seconds.

Q - Blood Sacrifice
Blood Sacrifice will take 10% of maximum amount of Blood and will heal selected target for that amaunt in 5.5 range. If this ability is selected twitce (button for this ability is tapped twice) before selecting target ammount of offered blood will increase to 20% of maximum Blood and heal will increase acordingly. This ability can be stacked maximum 3 times like that before using it on character that would be healed.
Cooldown 5/6/7 seconds.

W - Will of Anat
Will of Anat consumes 15% of maximum amount of Blood. Select area (flamestrike size) and after 0.75 seconds blades will rise up from ground dealing 325(+4%) damage to enemies and allies hit by this ability have inceased physical damage by 15%. If this ability is selected twitce (button for this ability is tapped twice) before selecting area ammount of offered blood will increase to 30% of maximum Blood and area of effect will increase (into verdant flamestrike size) and damage is increased to 385(+4%). This ability can be stacked maximum 3 times like that before using it which on 3rd ability tap it will deal 450(+4%) damage and allied heroes will recieve increase physical damage without standing inside area of effect.
Cooldown 8/9/10 seconds.

E - Wave of Blood
Wave of Blood consumes 20% of maximum amount of Blood. Priestess will send wave of blood away from her in chosen direction (width as Gazlowe laser at maximum charge but 2/3 or range of Gazlowe laser at maximum). Allied heroes hit with Wave of Blood will receive 220(+4%) shield that last 4 seconds and enemies hit by this ability receive 200(+4%) damage and have slowed movement speed by 20% that decay over 2 seconds. If this ability is selected twitce (button for this ability is tapped twice) before selecting direction ammount of offered blood will increase to 40% of maximum Blood and damage to enemies is increased to 280(+4%) slow is increased by 20% and shield on allies is increased to 300(+4). This ability can be stacked maximum 3 times like that before using it which on 3rd ability tap it will deal 360(+4%) damage and enemies are silenced for 1.5 second and allied heroes recieve 400 shield.
Cooldown 10/12/14 seconds.
Heroic Abilities

Divine Intervention: Anat
Gathered Blood will cover Priestess and transform her into Goddes Anat herself which consumes all gathered Blood. As Anat health is fully restored and for duration maximum health is doubled, and basic attack damage is increased by 50% but Trait is forcefully set to Sacrifice: Self and cannot be changed until transformation ends. Her abilities are slightly changed for duration of transformation.
(Q)Blood Offering -> Anats Blessing - Anat will heal allied hero for 15% of current HP but without sacrificng own health and that hero became unstoppable. Range increased to 6.5.
(W)Word of Anat -> Battlecry of Goddes - damage is doubled and attack speed bonus for allies is doubled.
(E)Sacrifical Stab -> Bloody Imapale - Anat will stab and impale enemy heroes on line(like Imperiuses Celestial charge but without that lunge).
Duration 10 second + 1 second for every 10% of Blood bar filled. (for ecample if Blood is filled for 65% then duration is 10 + 6 = 16 second).
Cooldown 70 seconds.

Ultimate Sacrifice
When priestess die there is 5 second window to release blood energy in area (3/4 of D.Vas self-destruct) Dealing 500(+4%) damage to enemies and heal 750(4%) your allies. Death penalty is decreased by 10% for every hero affected by this ability. Passive: Double Blood gain from damaging enemy heroes.
Cooldown 120 seconds.
LEVEL 1 TALENTS
(Q)Black Blood - Enemies in area of 2 around target healed by Blood Sacrifice will receive 100/140/180(+4%) damage over 3 seconds.
(E)Right Into Hearth - Enemy hero damaged by Sacrifical Stab will receive 50% bonus damage over 4 seconds.
(D)Life Essence - When Sacrifice: Blood is active, 15% of Blood spent will return to priestess as heal.
LEVEL 4 TALENTS
(Q)Blood Puddle - After healing targeted hero with Blood Sacrifice, bellow that hero will spawn small blood puddle that will heal any allied unit standing in that blood puddle by 1%/2%/3% of their maximum health per second for 8 seconds.
(W)Glory of Anat - Allied heroes affected by Word Of Anat will have also increased movement speed for duration of buff by 20%.
(E)Blood Soak - Allied heroes who have shield from Wave of Blood will regain 75/90/105(+4%) health every second of shield duration.
(D)No Drop Spilled - 25% of damage Priestess receive from enemies will return to her as as Blood.
LEVEL 7 TALENTS
(Q)Blood Transfusion - Healing of Blood Offering and Blood Sacrifice is increased by 25% if targets health is bellow 50% of maximum Health.
(Q)Bloody Efficiency - Blood Offering will sacrifice only 7.5% of current health but heal will be as if it was 15% sacrificed.
(E)Ceremonial Dagger - Enemy hero damaged by Sacrifical Stab will have decreased healing by 50% for 3 seconds.
LEVEL 13 TALENTS
(Q)Pureblood - Blood Offering will sacrifice 15% of current health of priestress but it will heal target for amount equal to 15% of priestess maximum health.
(W)Fear of Blood - If enemy hero that was hit by Will of Anat in last 10 seconds and get hit by Word of Anat will be frightened for 0.75 seconds and run away from Priestess.
(E)Bloody Shock - Slow no longer decay over time.
LEVEL 16 TALENTS
(W)Gospel of Blood - Word of Anat decrease enemy armor by 40 for 4 seconds.
(W)Commandment of Blood - Physical damage bonus is additionaly increased by 10%/15%/20%.
(E)Bloodbath - Damage done by Sacrifical Stab and Wave of Blood will deal additional damage equal to 5% of maximum health of damaged enemy.
LEVEL 20 TALENTS
(R)Endeless Bloodthirst - Every taketown will increase duration of transformation by 5 seconds. When transformation ends Ultimate Sacrifice is casted.
(R)Reborn by Blood - When Ultimate Sacrifice is used instead dying, remaining Blood will be used to heal Priestess and she will be invulnerable for 3 seconds. Overheal from when Blood by using this ability will return back to Blood. Cooldown decreased by 10 seconds for every hero affected by this ability.
(W)Wrath of Anat - Decrease cooldown of Will of Anat by 3 seconds and decrease Blood cost from 15% to 8% of maximum Blood.
(D)High Priestess of Anat - 35% of amount of Blood Priestess generates or uses will return to her as healing. Self Heal stacks with Life Essence (Lv1 Talent)
