This is a custom hero that is based off the Enhancement specialization of the Shaman class in World of Warcraft.
A brutal assassin, able to deal massive damage and support her team if left unchecked.

Pros:
Amazing single-target burst
Lots of utility thanks to her totem and shield

Cons:
Very susceptible to crowd control and kiting

Combat Trait

D - Windstrike
Every fifth basic attack gains bonus range and hits 3 times.

Primary Abilities

Q - Rockbiter
Imbue your weapons with earth, causing your next basic attack to deal 35% increased damage and reduce the cooldown of your other basic abilities by 1 second.

3 sec cooldown. Low mana cost. Self-cast.

W - Crash Lightning
Leap a short distance towards a target direction and slam your weapons into the ground, causing lightning to strike in a circle in front of you, dealing medium damage and slowing enemies by 35% for 4 seconds.

12 sec cooldown. High mana cost. Around the same range as Tracer's Blink.

E - Flametongue
Imbue your weapons with fire, causing your basic attacks to deal extra medium damage over 5 seconds. Multiple basic attacks do not stack this effect, but refresh it. Lasts 8 seconds.

10 sec cooldown. Medium mana cost. Self-cast.

Place down a totem with medium health that deals low damage to a nearby enemy every second. Lasts 8 seconds.

1 - Lightning Surge Totem
Requires Tier 1 Talent

Place down an invulnerable totem that, after 3 seconds, deals medium damage and stuns all enemies in a large area for 1.75 seconds.

60 sec cooldown.

1 - Flametongue Totem
Requires Tier 1 Talent

Place down a totem with medium health that pulses energy into nearby allies, granting them an untalented Flametongue for 3 seconds. Flametongue Totem lasts 10 seconds and pulses every 2 seconds.

60 sec cooldown.

1 - Healing Stream Totem
Requires Tier 1 Talent

Place down a totem with medium health that heals a nearby injured target (prioritizing heroes) for a medium every second and grants them 25 Spell Armor for 3.5 seconds. The healing done is increased by 1% for each percentage health the target is missing. Lasts 10 seconds.

60 sec cooldown.

2 - Basic Shield
Shield a target ally for a medium amount for 5 seconds.

25 sec cooldown.

2 - Earth Shield
Requires Tier 5 Talent

Shield a target ally for a medium amount, grant them 50 Physical Armor, and increase their healing received by 25% for 5 seconds. If the shield is lost by taking damage, the shielded ally is healed for 25% of their maximum health.

45 sec cooldown.

2 - Lightning Shield
Requires Tier 5 Talent

Shield a target ally for a medium amount and summon three lightning spheres that orbit around them, dealing low damage to enemies they touch. Whenever the lightning spheres damage an enemy hero, the cooldown on Crash Lightning is reduced by 0.5 seconds. The shield lasts 5 seconds.

2 - Water Shield
Requires Tier 5 Talent

Shield a target ally for a large amount and grant them 50 Spell Armor for 5 seconds. When the shield is lost, the target regains 50% of their missing mana.

Heroic Abilities

R1 - Volcano
After a 0.75 second delay, crash your weapons into the ground, creating a large crater wall around you that lasts 5 seconds. Enemies standing at the edges of the crater wall when it is created are tossed into the center. Enemies trapped within the crater take low damage every half-second.

60 sec cooldown. High mana cost. Self-cast.

R2 - Maelstrom
Your trait and abilities generate Maelstrom, up to 100. Maelstrom can be activated to release a massive shockwave around you, dealing damage proportional to your amount of Maelstrom. The damage decreases the farther the enemies are from you.

Windstrike: This fifth basic attack also generates 5 Maelstrom per hit.
Rockbiter: Generates 5 Maelstrom.
Crash Lightning: Generates 2 Maelstrom per enemy hit, or 5 Maelstrom per enemy hero hit.
Flametongue: Flametongue ticks generate 2 Maelstrom.

30 sec cooldown. No mana cost.

Talents

Tier 1:
1 - Empowered Totem: Basic Totem's health, damage and duration are increased by 75%, and its cooldown is reduced by 30 seconds. Its attacks now also slow enemies by 20% for 1.5 seconds. Allies standing near the Basic Totem gain 25 Physical Armor.
1 - Lightning Surge Totem: Quest!: Hit enemy heroes with Crash Lightning. Reward!: After hitting 20 enemy heroes with Crash Lightning, upgrade your Basic Totem into Lightning Surge Totem.
1 - Flametongue Totem: Quest!: Kill enemy minions affected by Flametongue. Enemy heroes killed count as 10 minions. Reward!: After killing 30 enemy minions affected by Flametongue, upgrade your Basic Totem into Flametongue Totem.
1 - Healing Stream Totem: Quest!: Collect 20 Regen Globes. Reward!: Increase your health regen by 10. Upgrade your Basic Totem into Healing Stream Totem.

Tier 2:
D - With the Winds: Basic attacks increase your movement speed by 10% for 3 seconds.
W - Static Shield: Hitting an enemy hero with Crash Lightning increases your spell armor by 35 for 5 seconds. Hitting two or more increases your spell armor by 70 instead.
W - Stormstrike: If Crash Lightning hits only one enemy, your next basic attack deals 100% increased damage.

Tier 3:
Q - Earthen Spike: Rockbiter now reduces the target's armor by 5 for 4 seconds. This effect stacks.
Q - Boulderfist: If Rockbiter hits a target affected by Flametongue, its cooldown is reduced by 1.5 seconds and its mana cost is refunded.
E - Dampening: Flametongue now reduces healing received by 35%.

Tier 4:
R1 - Volcano
R2 - Maelstrom

Tier 5:
2 - Empowered Shield: Basic Shield's shield is increased by 100% and the target gains 25 armor while the shield is active. Its cooldown is also reduced by 5 seconds.
2 - Earth Shield: Upgrade your Basic Shield into Earth Shield.
2 - Lightning Shield: Upgrade your Basic Shield into Lightning Shield.
2 - Water Shield: Upgrade your Basic Shield into Water Shield.

Tier 6:
W - Storm Tempest: If Crash Lightning hits an enemy recently hit by Windstrike, it stuns that enemy for 1.5 seconds and causes them to zap nearby enemies for low damage every second for 5 seconds.
E - Pyrodancer: Flametongue's damage over time effect now stacks up to 3 times.
D - Wind Surge: Windstrike reduces the cooldown of your totem by 20 seconds and your shield by 10 seconds.

Tier 7:
R1 - Lava Flow: Volcano's ticking damage now applies Flametongue.
R2 - Stormbringer: After casing Maelstrom, your basic abilities deal up to 30% more damage depending on the amount of Maelstrom spent. This buff lasts 5 seconds.
D - Ascendance: Windstrike now hits 5 times.
D - Echo of the Elements: Your basic abilities deal an extra 25% damage after 3 seconds.
