Professor Putricide is the Scourge genius behind the development of all forms of blight, plague, ooze, scourge and death delivery.
Professor Putricide is a Support who floods the battlefield with summons and can mutate into a dangerous monster if necessary.

Toss a jar at the target area to deal 80 damage and release Ooze at its centre that lasts up to 10 seconds, Infects enemies it attacks, and has 280 Health, increased by 50% for each Non-Structure enemy hit, doubled from Heroes.

Toss a potion at the target area to explode it for 100 damage. Enemy Heroes hit lose 20 Armor and are revealed for 2 seconds. The explosion can hit allied Slime and Ooze to split them into two new ones, each with 50% of the original's remaining Health. Both last for 5 seconds and can't be split.

For the next 10 seconds, gain 10% Movement Speed and 20% Spell Power, recharge Basic Abilities 30% faster, and unlock the ability to consume allied Slime and Ooze with Basic Attacks, healing you for 50% of their current Health. Tastes like cherry!

Perfect Plague (R2)
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Cast for 10 seconds. Cancelling the cast refreshes the cooldown. Once the cast is completed, you have 30 seconds to toss the Perfect Plague potion at the target area, dealing 300 damage. Enemy Heroes hit are revealed, Slowed by 25%, lose 25 Armor, deal 25% less damage, and receive 50% less healing for 5 seconds.

The potion is visible to all players via visual effects while it exists.

Blighting Fumes
Pool of blight restores 20% more Health and deals 20% more damage to Slowed targets.
Volatile Ooze Ooze lasts 2 seconds less, but moves and attacks 20% faster.
Field Testing ❢Quest: Every time an Infected enemy dies, increase the damage of Infection by 5. ❢Reward: Every time you reach 100 bonus damage, increase the duration of Infection by 5 seconds.
LEVEL 4
Unstable Concoction
Pool of blight now lasts 3 seconds, but its radius is increased by 25%. ❢Gambit: Blighting Concoction's cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds. Every death reduces this bonus by 0.5 seconds.
Improved Ingredients
Hitting enemy Heroes with Explosive Potion restores 20 Mana per Hero hit.
Slimy Remains
Each time an Infected enemy dies, Putricide restores 4% of his maximum Health and 2% of his maximum Mana.
LEVEL 7
Perfect Smell
Pool of blight additionally heals and damages Heroic targets for 0.5% of their maximum Health.
Potion of Frenzy
Explosive Potion grants allied Heroes hit 40% Movement Speed for 2 seconds.
Smelly Friends Slime deals 15 damage each second to nearby enemies. This effect doesn't Infect.

Tear Gas
Enemy Heroes within pool of blight are Blinded. This effect persists for 0.5 seconds after leaving it.
Oozing Results
Reduce the cooldown of Ooze Jar by 2 seconds.
Hitting at least 2 enemy Heroes with Ooze Jar grants the released Ooze 20 Armor.
Suppressive Admixture
Explosive Potion reduces the Spell Power of enemy Heroes hit by 20% for 4 seconds.
Mutated Slash Cooldown: 10 seconds Passive: Attack Range is reduced to 2, but Attack Damage is increased by 100%. Active: Deal 160 damage to an enemy and Slow them by 30% for 2 seconds.

Wicked Ooze
Increase Ooze Jar's radius by 25%. Ooze deals bonus damage to Heroes equal to 3% of their maximum Health.
Choking Gas
Explosive Potion's cooldown is increased by 4 seconds, but it Stuns enemies hit for 1 second.
Parasitic Plague Infected enemies also spawn another, smaller Slime upon dying, with only 15% of their maximum Health.
Mutated Strength Cooldown: 15 seconds Passive: Gain 10% Movement Speed and 25% Attack Speed. Active: Increase the Attack Speed bonus to 50% for 3 seconds.
Requires Mutated Slash.

Maddest Science!!!
Mad Science lasts 5 seconds longer and also grants 25 Armor.
Death Delivery
Tossing the Perfect Plague potion resets the cooldown of your Basic Abilities.
Rotface
Summon Rotface at the Hall of Storms. He needs to be reanimated with a cast for 2 seconds, after which he will follow you, attacking nearby enemies and Infecting them. Upon dying, he is summoned at the Hall of Storms and must be reanimated again. Your death will cause him to flee back to the Hall of Storms. Rotface takes over Putricide's Trait button. Rotface

This concept is a little broken right at the starting line, because a 30 second DoT means that Fenix, Samuro, Zeratul, Muradin, Nova, Valeera, Falstad, and Olaf effectively lose access to their traits if they dare try to interact with Putricide, which is just unacceptable. Given the low damage, it might as well just be a Mark, but then you run into problems where hoard summons aren't particularly fun to play against and tend to have fairly low room for meaningful skill expression and/or have "sit the whole game out" playstyles.
