Level 1;
- Quest: Hit 25 enemy heroes with Holy Smite. Reward: Holy Smite now heals a base 25% of damage dealt, before it's usual base healing.
- Binding Heal now heals an additional 20% of it's initial heal to a 3rd allied hero.
- Quest: Hit enemies with 25 bolts of Penance + Hit allies with 25 bolts of Penance (must heal damage per bolt). Reward: Penance now deals 50% damage and heals for 50% more on the 5th bolt.
Level 4;
- Cleanse
- Gift of Sight now reveals any enemies in your sight radius for 2 seconds.
- Holy Smite deals 1% extra damage each time it is cast on an enemy hero, stacking to a maximum of 50%.
- Binding Heal's mana cost is reduced by 30%.
Level 7;
- Light of the Clear Mind - Activate to increase an allied hero's ability damage by 15% for 8 seconds.
- Light of Vision - Activate to increase an allied hero's basic attack damage by 25% for 8 seconds.
- Light of the Defender - Activate to reduce all damage an allied hero takes by 15% for 8 seconds.
Level 13;
- If all 5 Penance strikes hit an enemy, they temporarily deal 20% less damage for 5 seconds.
- If all 5 Penance strikes hit an enemy, they temporarily recieve 15% more damage for 5 seconds.
- Holy Smite can now be cast on allies for healing equivilent to 25% of the damage it deals.
Level 16;
- Gift of Sight now restores 2% of allied hero mana per second when nearby.
- Binding Heal now heals all targets affected for an additional 20% of it's healing over 4 seconds.
- Velen no longer generates mana passively, but his total mana pool is increased by 100%.
Level 20;
- Guardian Spirit no longer sacrifices itself upon the targeted allied hero taking fatal damage, and also heals for an additional 10% of their total health over 5 seconds.
- Desperate Prayer now also frees all allied heroes affected from movement imparing effects for the duration, and increases their movement speed by 20% for 5 seconds.
- Circle of Healing - Casting Binding Heal on yourself will now cause 75% of the healing to apply to all allied heroes within a moderate radius.
- Holy Blast - deals high damage in a line, piercing through all targets and healing all nearby allied heroes for 50% of the damage dealt.
