Putress (WIP)

Grand Apothecary

"Did you think we had forgotten? Did you think we had FORGIVEN?"

Grand Apothecary Putress was a chief apothecary of the Forsaken's Royal Apothecary Society. He played a vital role in the development of the "New Plague" the Forsaken sought to create.

Killed by Varian Wrynn in Lordaeron. However, Grand Apothecary is a master of essences, after all. His essence gathered together eventually, just like stars gather together eventually to form galaxies, just by the nature of the way things are. Interestingly, Grand Apothecary's essences got lost far and wide, for there was no place for the undead in Azeroth any more. Finally, his essences gathered in Nexus, where Grand Apothecary was reformed once again to manipulate other beings' essences at will...

Being undead, Grand Apothecary Putress has no mana at all left in him... For that matter, he has no strength left in him either, making him weak.

Only Grand Apothecaries can actually see essences around and in beings. This allows them to gather them and create most powerful Potions! Flesh is weak maybe, but essences are forever strong...

Discussion

So, while in combat, if death is nearby, Grand Apothecaries gather essence automatically, enabling them to create powerful potions. If not enough essences, Grand Apothecary should withdraw to kill some minions and structures. Battlefield is no place for an old man...

Thus, Grand Apothecary Putress is a support hero who can lane well and maybe, just maybe, be in a team fight to spread plague. However, once the plague is up and the essences are spent, Grand Apothecary has no business there any more, especially if enemies are sufficiently close together, so that plague spreads indefinitely! In order to stop the plague spread, enemies should spread apart! And spreading apart is the worst thing that can happen, for isolated heroes shall be annihilated... If Putress can manage to stay alive and is well protected by his team mates, he can stay in combat to gather essences further and create and toss more potions!

Do notice that ultimate ability places 2 cauldrons simultaneously around Grand Apothecary. After level 20 is reached, the ultimate ability places 4 cauldrons around Grand Apothecary.

Let me know in the comments below if you think Grand Apothecary Putress should have active talents please! I'm still amused by the idea of a talentless hero!
