Qhira (Rework)

Qhira is a brutal Melee Assassin who is adept at both beginning and ending fights.

Your Hero Description

Combat Trait

1
Grappling Hook
Cooldown: 25 Seconds
Qhira fires a Grappling Hook that pulls her to terrain it contacts. If an enemy Hero is hit, they take 35 damage and Qhira launches at them, kicking them for an additional 108 damage.

Can be used while Revolving Sweep is active.

Primary Abilities

Carnage
40 Mana Cooldown: 6 seconds

Unleash your sword in the target direction, continuously dealing 30 damage to enemies caught in its path.

Blood Rage
35 Mana Cooldown: 8 seconds

Passive: Basic Attack and Ability damage cause enemies to bleed for 44 damage over 4 seconds. Stacks 5 times.

Active: Qhira deals 32 damage and heals for 85 Health per enemy Hero affected. Damage and healing are increased by 50% per each additional stack on that Hero.

Revolving Sweep
70 Mana Cooldown: 16 / 0.25 seconds

Attach your sword to the first enemy Hero hit, dealing 96 damage and Stunning them for 0.25 seconds. Once attached, Qhira becomes Immune to all effects, rotating around the target for 2.75 seconds, and dealing 105 damage to any enemies between you and the target.

Reactivate to send you to the target's location, knocking them away, dealing 108 damage and Stunning them for 0.75 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Unrelenting Strikes
50 Mana Cooldown: 60 seconds

Deal 44 damage to nearby enemies every 0.5 seconds for 2.5 seconds as your sword grows outward. Upon expiring, deal 160 damage to all nearby enemy Heroes and Stun them for 1.5 seconds.

Final Strike
45 Mana Cooldown: 40 seconds

After 1 second, deal 395 damage to all enemies in a line. This damage is increased by 25% against enemy Heroes below 50% Health.

Talents

Level 1

Maximum Effort
If Carnage damages the same enemy 3 times, it deals an additional 102 (from 104) damage and Slows by 25% for 2.5 seconds.

Fatal Wounds
While at maximum stacks, Blood Rage's bleed deals 30% more damage to enemy Heroes below 50% Health.

? Quest: Damage enemy Heroes with Blood Rage's bleed damage.

? Reward: After damaging Heroes with Blood Rage's bleed damage 150 times, Blood Rage's duration is increased by 2 seconds.
? Reward: After damaging Heroes with Blood Rage's bleed damage 200 times, Blood Rage's deals an additional 10% more damage while an enemy Hero is below 25% Health.

Finishing Touch
Gain 20% Basic Attack Speed and Damage. When Qhira Basic Attacks an enemy Hero below 50% Health it deals an additional 20% damage, and she gains 15% Attack Speed for 3 seconds.

Level 4

Upstage
Damaging at least 1 Hero with Blood Rage causes Qhira to Evade the next 2 Heroic Basic Attacks within 10 seconds, additional Heroes increases the evasion stack.

Ensnaring Swing
The primary target of Revolving Sweep is Slowed by 40% while Qhira is attached to them. Secondary targets hit by Revolving Sweep's swing are Slowed by 30% for 3 seconds.
Passive: The target of Revolving Sweep upon getting kicked have their damage reduced by 20% for 2.5 seconds.

Your Pain, My Gain

Basic Attacking an enemy Hero causes Qhira to gain 10 Armor for 3 seconds. Stacks 3 times, duration is paused while Revolving Sweep is active or Carnage.

Level 7
The Thirst
Carnage heals for 60% (from 50%) of the damage dealt to enemy Heroes. Anytime Carnage damages an enemy Hero, Qhira
