summon a tidal pool at nearby location, it floods a large aoe around it with water. destroying it will remove the water after 2 seconds.
while in water, increase your movement speed by 30% and grant your abilities additional effects.
can have up to 2 pools at a time.

tidal wave
skillshot, deal 190 damage to all enemies in strait line and slow them by 40% decaying over 2 seconds.
cd recharges 100% faster and remove its mana cost while in tidal pool.
5 sec cd.

parasite
deal 200 damage over 4 seconds to an enemy, if the hero takes a total of 400 (scaling) damage from other sources before the duration ends summon a parasite.
within water the parasite infects targets with parasite with its aa as well.
10 sec cd.
50 mana.

wirepool
create a Whirlpool in target aoe, after 2 seconds delay it pulls enemies to its center and dealing 100 damage.
the delay is reduced to 0.75 sec within water.
10 sec cd.

monsoon
lightning strikes all enemies within an aoe around all flooded areas over 4 seconds. deal 120 damage every second. and slow them by 20%.
50 sec cd.

Geyser
deal 150 damage to all enemies in a large aoe, and flood it with water for the next 10 seconds. enemies close to the center (inner aoe) take additional 150 damage and are lunched to the air, stunning them for 1.25 seconds.
75 sec cd.
