Maximum Voltage(W): Increases the initial damage done by Piercing Orb by 25%

Focused Attack
Arc Reactor(Q): Increases Electrocute's range by 25%
Bodyguard(E): Increases the Avatar's HP to 35% of Rakanishu's HP

Tier 3:
Shocking Conclusion: Enemies that die from Shock Pulse return mana and HP to Rakanishu. Minions/Mercs supply 15 HP and 5 mana each while heroes killed by shock pulse give 5% of Rakanishu's maximum HP and mana
Static Charge(Q): Using Electrocute creates an electric aura around Rakanishu that deals light damage
Accumulating Charge(W): Increases the maximum stacking damage done by Piercing Orb by 20%
Heroics
Tier 5:
Underestimated Champion: Shock Pulse that hits enemy heroes takes 1% of their maximum HP
Paralyzing Shock: Enemies hit by shock pulse receive a stacking slow of 3%, to a maximum of 30%. Lasts 4 seconds after the last shock pulse hits
Speedy Spirit(E): Increases the movement speed and attack speed of the Avatar by 25%
Spell Shield
Tier 6:
Reincarnation(E): If the Avatar dies before it's full duration is complete, a second avatar is summoned for the same duration starting at the moment the first avatar is defeated
Orb Collector(W): Allows a second cast of Piercing Orb for free if used within 3 seconds
Accelerated Current(W): Increases the stacking speed by 40%, orbit radius and speed by 25%
Blood for Blood
Tier 7:
Altar of Dedication(R1): Adds 2 more carvers to the shrine and buffs their HP, attack, and movement speed by 25%
Torment Difficulty(R2): Increases the duration by 2 seconds and increases Shock Pulse damage by 75% while active
Bolt of the Storm
Lord of the Fallen: Carvers will spawn depending on Rakanishu's current HP. The lower Rakanishu's HP is, the more carvers he will spawn. Spawns one carver for each section of 25% HP he enters
