Rakanishu

Lord of the Fallen

Rakanishu is a melee assasin with very high mobilityvery high DPS (attack speed like kharazim but more damage) and very low survability (at level 1 same health as Abathur). The most important part to master about the hero is survability.

PROS:
-Fastest moving hero in the game
-Great DPS
-Doesn't care about slows
-Strong chase and retreat
-Good pusher
-Can be good against tanks

CONS:
-Very weak against crowd control
-Extremely squishy
-Has no crowd control
-Poor self sustain

Atributes
Health: 550 (+110/level)
Health Regen: 1.75 (+0.33/level)
Mana: 500 (+10/level)
Mana regen: 3 (+0.1/level)
Attack speed: 1.75
Damage: 30(+7/level)

Combat Trait

Extra Fast
Coolown: 20 seconds

Rakanishu has permanent +20% movespeed. Using basic abilities add +10% movespeed for 2 seconds. Stacks 3 times.

Primary Abilities

Army of the Fallen
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Cost: 50 mana

Summon 2 fallen who stay very close to Rakanishu and attack the same objectives as him. Can have up to 4 fallen following him.

The fallen are like melee minions, but have +30% attack speed and Rakanishu's movespeed.

Rakanishu!
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Cost: 60 mana

Rakanishu screams his name, gaining 60% attack speed for 4 seconds and allied fallen half the amount.

Lightning enchanted
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Cost: 50 mana

Passive: When Rakanishu receives damage, 4 charged bolts come out of his body dealing low damage to all enemies hit. 2 second cooldown.

Active: 4 charged bolts come out of his body dealing low damage to all enemies hit.

Heroic Abilities

Fallen Shaman
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Cost: 80 mana

Summon a fallen shaman that attacks enemy heroes with a long range fireball and can resurrect a dead fallen every 3 seconds.
Can be controlled with the R key.

Stone pillars
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Cost: 80 mana
Duration: 5 seconds
Square AOE skill (size like more or less like Kael fenix, but square)

Summon 4 pillars in the corners of the square. If Rakanishu clicks on a pillar he is instantly teleported to the opposing pillar alongside his fallen.
He can do this as long as the pillars last. 

TALENTS

Level 1
-Regeneration master
-Seasoned Marksman
-Block
-Master motivator: When using Rakanishu! allied fallen heal 30% of their maximum health.

Level 4
-Focused attack
-Lightning wreckage: Lightning bolts deal 30% additional damage to minions and structures.
-Sneaky bastard: Rakanishu becomes invisible for 1.5 seconds after receiving damage if under 50% health. Can happen once every 4 seconds.
-Static madness: Lightning enchanted costs 20 less mana for 2 seconds after being triggered passively.

Level 7
-Bloody charges: Lightning bolts deal 35% additional damage when under 50% health.
-First Aid: Activate to heal 35% of your max health over 6 seconds.
-Join our master: The fallen do 20% more damage to mercenaries 
-Explosive friends: Activate to make target fallen explode dealing x damage to nearby enemies. 6 seconds cooldown.

Level 13
-Giant Killer: Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes deal bonus damage equal to 1.5% of the Hero's max Health.
-Retreat!: Rakanishu gains 10% movespeed when under 30% health.
-Spell shield
-Relentless

Level 16
-The army of doom: Army of the Fallen has 2 charges and max number of fallen increased by 2.
-Let me scream: Using Rakanishu! makes you unstoppable for 1 second.
-DIEEEEE: Each consecutive attack against the same target does 3% additional damage. Stacks up to 5 times.
-Professional runner: Rakanishu has permanent +30% movespeed instead of +20%.

Level 20
-Nightmare shaman: Can resurrect 2 fallen at the same time and fireballs do 50% more damage.
-Public Pillars: Allies can also use the pillars to teleport.
-They are my kind: Allied fallen use Lightning Enchanted when they die.
-Bolt of the storm

GAMEPLAY

Rakanishu is one of the highest DPS heroes in the game, but at the same time the squishiest assasin. The player has to use his movility to dodge skillshots and avoid CC, as he is the highest priority target of the team and will be focused down.

He can be built in different ways:
-As a very dangerous hero killer
-As a strong pusher who draws enemies' attention
-As a hybrid with less hero damage but more survability

His ideal team composition is with shields and/or strong heals and a bodyward like diablo or ETC

He is specially weak against targeted CC/damage and specially burst damage. Also weak against well protected ranged damage (Sgt. Hammer).
