DESCRIPTION:



A particulary unique hit-and-run playstyle mobile and clever little warrior who hits and move with the speed of lightning and releases charged bolts when he's hit. Gains Frenzy each six consecutive basic attacks he succeed, which it gives to him and his Fallens a temporary Armor, to use his abilities and call upon other fiends of his kind for assistance against a single foe. Can scream of frenzy to extend the duration of incoming debuffs on enemies.


HERO'S ROLE:


Anti-diver (Charged Bolt deals enough damage that will force divers to stay far from Rakanishu and his pesky demons!)

Combat Trait

Lightning Enchanted
You permanently move with 60% of movement speed (so it's less than the movement speed of a mounting hero, but it's way faster than Lunara's leaps/jumps), which it prevents any slows and any roots to be used on Rakanishu as long as he is not still once per 13 seconds.

Each time you get hurt with a basic attack or an ability, release three Charged Bolts that deals 66 (29 + 4% per level) spell damage to the closest enemies they connect with.
(Does not trigger on DOT (Damage Over Time) effects)

Your Basic Attacks are 60% faster than other heroes.

Each Sixth (6) consecutive attacks you successfully make gives you and your Fallens 5 Physical and 5 Spell Armor. Stack up to 75 Armor. Lose it on death. (may be a talent option)

You gain one Frenzy charge per sixth consecutive attacks on a single target, which allows you to use your abilities.

You and your Fallens have 60% less Vision range than other heroes (you move too fast to be able to look for danger around you)

Primary Abilities

RAKANISHU'S BLADE
Consume 2 charges of Frenzy to gain 1.5% attack speed for you and your Fallens, up to 10 stacks. This bonus is lost on death.

FRENZIED SCREAM
Cooldown: 13 seconds
AOE (medium range Aura around you)

You scream of frenzy, motivating your allies and intimidating your enemies. You and your allies (Fallens included) are UNSTOPPABLE, while enemy heroes near you gain the CARELESS status, which it extend by 100% the duration of incoming debuffs (any CC, DOT, negative status effects) on them for 6 seconds.

CALL FALLENS
Cooldown: 16 seconds. Consume 5 charges of Frenzy to call four Carvers into the battlefield. Each one of them have the same characteristics as Rakanishu does (same HP, same bonuses on atk and movement speed, same triggering trait, etc.), but if one of them dies, they will flee by Fear of the "murderer" on the opposite direction they face for 6 seconds and their characteristics (stats) will be reduced by 25% (-25% for each Carver who died). These fiends will focus the same target as you. (if there is no target, they will just stay grouped around you, waiting for your commands and serving as "meatshields" or the Bone Shield of the Necromancer in Diablo 2)
Recieve an additional 50% damage from Structures.

Place a Hut with 100% of your max health and 100% of your basic attack damage as ranged once per second (prioritizing heroes) somewhere nearby you. This is your new Respawn Point. Spawns a Carver/Fallen each 13 seconds that will fight in the nearest lane (this Fallen cannot be commanded by you)

You call upon the skies and the Burning Hells a mighty thunder to strike a single target enemy (from below and above him). If you successfully land it on an hero, remove 30% of his remaining health and make him STUN for 1.3 seconds.

Special Mount

FRENZY MARCH
You cannot mount, but you move 60% faster at foot than any other hero and you cannot get rooted or slowed while moving. Can only trigger once every 13 seconds.

TALENTS

LEVEL 1


FEARFUL TYRANT: Permanently lose two Carvers/Fallens to hold maximum two charges of Bribe. Recharge the Bribe completely by successfully put CARELESS on 5-8 heroes.

FRENZIED COMEBACK: You respawn 60% faster if you die.

LIGHTNING MASTERY LORD: (Quest) hit 30-60 times enemy heroes with Charged Bolt. Reward: You now release 6 Charged Bolts each time you get hurt by a basic attack or an ability.



LEVEL 4


CHARGING BOLTS: Each Charged Bolt now STUN enemies they connect with for 0.35 second.

RELENTLESS ASSAULT: Each activation of RAKANISHU'S BLADE grant ROOT for your next 3 basic attacks of 0.50 second. Can be stacked up to 1.50 seconds on a single target.

FEARFUL SCREAM: If only one enemy hero is affected by FRENZIED SCREAM, he is also FEARED for 1 second.


LEVEL 7


DEMONIC RESILIENCE: Passively generate Armor as long as you don't stay still.

CALL FOR THE SHAMAN: Exchange all your remaining Carvers/Fallens for a Carver Shaman (exactly like the mercenary camps in Battlefield of Eternity) who will automatically push the nearest lane. They're not assisting you anymore if needed. (They just lane-push, no more "meatshield" and no more focusing the same target anymore unless you pick the ultimate LORD OF THE FALLEN)

DEMONIC VISION: You and each of your Fallens have 25% more Vision range and detect Stealth, but your Carvers/Fallens have 25% reduced overall characteristics (base stats).

FEARFUL FRENZY: Your FRIENZIED SCREAM has 50% more radius if you are moving constantly.

FRENZY FEAST: The first 6 seconds of FRIENZIED SCREAM allows you and your Fallen to steal 1% of the enemies health to heal yourselves.





LEVEL 16


FALLEN CHAMPION: Each sixth (6) basic consecutive attacks on a target Knock him down for 0.69 second

BATTLE ROAR: Your FRIENZIED SCREAM now also deals 71 (34 + 4% per level) physical damage on nearby enemies. This also works with your Fallens.

CALL FOR THE LUNATIC: Once per activation of CALL FALLENS, a Fallen Lunatic will suicide on the closest enemy target and deal 180 (86 + 4% per level) splash damage.




LEVEL 20


THE "UN"FALLEN LORD: (Reward) If you died less than 4 times until this talent pick, you call two more Carvers to assist you.

"BASHANISHU!": RAKANISHU'S BLADE can now be activated to also deal 666% of your basic attack as splash damage.

CAIRN STONES' LIGHTNING ROD: (Reward) If you landed "RAKANISHU!" at least once on each enemy heroes, you now remove 60% of the remaining health of a single-targetted hero.
