Rakanishu

Lord of the Fallen

Rakanishu is.... well, Rakanishu. He falls in an odd mix of an offensive defender, with a constant array of minions, lightning, and lunacy for everyone to enjoy.

Combat Trait

Lightning Enchanted
Every time Rakanishu is hit, at all, he fires 4 bolts of lightning, in the + pattern, dealing 45(+4%/level) damage to those hit. The next one will be an X pattern, and every shot will alternate these two directions. They can hit multiple targets at once, but are stopped once they hit something.

Primary Abilities

Fallen Lunatic
Rakanishu sends in a fallen lunatic. The first thing it hits- Terrain, ally, enemy, anything- will cause it to explode, dealing 80(+4%/level) damage in an area around it.

Thunderstruck
Rakanishu's next attack will stun the enemy for 1.25 seconds and cause his Lightning Enchanted to activate.

Rise of the Fallen
Summon a Fallen minion. These guys have 5% of Rakanishu's health and deal 25% of Rakanishu's damage. Rakanishu can't have more than 5 Fallen Minions out at once.

Heroic Abilities

Protector of the Cairn Stones
Summon the Cairn Stones in a circle around you, each becoming impassable terrain. Lightning will surge from one stone to another, both around and inside the circle, dealing 122(+4% per level) damage per second to enemies that cross them. They last 10 seconds.

Regenerate 25% of your Health and Mana, and refresh your other cooldowns.

TRAITS

TIER 1(Lv. 1):



Fallen Army(E)- Quest: kill 10 enemies with Fallen Minions. Reward: You may have 1 additional max Fallen minion. Maxes at 5 additional Fallen.

Unstable(Trait)- Every 12 seconds, instantly expel a burst of Lightning Enchanted.

Lord of the Mercenaries- Friendly non-Boss Mercenaries near Rakanishu regenerate 1% of their health per second.

Extra Fast- activate to increase movement speed by 20% for 4 seconds. 30 second cooldown.




TIER 2(Lv. 4):



Again! AGAIN!!(Q)- You have 2 Fallen Lunatic charges.

Burst of Electricity(W)- Activate Lightning Enchanted 3 times instead of once.

War Cry(E)- activate to increase Fallen minion damage to 50% of Rakanishu's attack for 3 seconds, and become invulnerable. 25 second cooldown.

Fallen King- Quest: Be alive for a total of 8 minutes. Reward: reduce death time by 20%. (Passive: Increase health by 5%)



TIER 3(Lv. 7):



Nightmare Mode(Trait)- Instead of alternating paths on the direction, instead fire 8 bolts of power that make a * pattern.

Channeled Lunacy(Q)- Fallen Lunatics will start to charge towards enemies they find around them.

Trace of Bravery- Every 25 seconds, gain 20 Spell Armor against the next enemy Ability and subsequent Abilities for 1.5 seconds, reducing the damage taken by 20%. Can be toggled to allow or prevent this talent from triggering automatically.

Intimidation- Takedowns give Rakanishu trophies. He can use 3 of these to scare a mercenary camp into joining his side. Can have up to 3 at a time.




TIER 4(Lv. 10)



Protector of the Cairn Stones

TIER 5(Lv. 13)

Fallen Shaman(E)- Summon a Fallen Shaman instead if you have no other Fallen Minions. Minions that die will be revived in 3 seconds by the Shaman. The Shaman has the same statistics, except that it's ranged and can revive the other Fallen.

Explosive Bodies(E)- Upon death, fallen minions explode, dealing damage to enemies around them.

Fire Chains(E)- Fire Chains connect Rakanishu to his minions, dealing damage to those who come between them.

Electric Connection(E)- Whenever a Fallen Minion dies, Lightning Enchanted surges out of them.




TIER 6(Lv. 16)



Hell Mode(Trait)- Lightning passes through enemies instead of stopping.

Cairn Lightning(W)- Rakanishu can attack 3 times before the cooldown begins. Increases the cooldown to 14 seconds and cannot repeat stuns on the same person.

Demonic Fury(Q)- Fallen Lunatics explode twice.

Scroll of Town Portal- Hearthing back to base leaves a portal for 5 seconds. can be passed through to spend 10 seconds returning to where it was initially cast.




TIER 7(Lv. 20)



Electric Boogaloo- The Cairn Stones don't stop electrifying the ground until another set is placed.

Greater Rejuvenation Potion- Also increases damage and movement speed by 30% for 5 seconds. Takedowns while empowered reduce the cooldown by 5 seconds.

Nexus Blades- Increase damage by 20% and attacks slow.

Rakanishu!! Activate to instantly revive from where you were with 20% health and mana. 80 second cooldown.

Not-so-masterful plan- Reduce your maximum health by 50% and remove the cooldown on your Fallen Lunatic and Rise of the Fallen.

Lightning for Everyone!Whenever an enemy hero is hit by Rakanishu's Lightning Enchanted, they set off a burst of Lightning Enchanted. This cannot chain to other heroes.
