Kev "Rattlesnake" West was one of the few mercenaries to be honorably discharged from the Dominion Armed Forces, and is a man who lives by his own code. Though he refuses to take jobs that have the possibility of harming innocent people, West still works steadily. His war days might be behind him, but he did not lose his bite.
Rattlesnake is a durable bruiser that relies on his heavy cc to disrupt the enemy team.

Fires a long range projectile dealing 164 (+4/level) damage and slowing the enemy hero hit by 50% during 2 seconds. Stores up to 2 charges and Hammer missile cooldown replenishes all charges at the same time.

Fires a shot at the target dealing 231 (+4%/level) damage and reducing armor by 15% for 2 seconds.

Eliminates all form of crowd control and increase his movement speed by 15% during 2 seconds.
Passive: While not on cooldown increases the health regen by 15.

Charges a shot for 1 second stunning every enemy in a line for 1.25 seconds and dealing 325 (+4%/level).
Passive: Rattlesnake basic attacks slows enemy heroes by 20% for 1 second.
