Green text denotes talents that are always available
Orange text denotes talents that are available only if you chose Cat Form at level 10
Red text denotes talents that are available only if you chose Bear Form at level 10

Master Tracker (W): Reduces the cooldown on Track by 20 seconds Human Hunter (W): Track now reveals the location of all humanoid heroes in a large area around you for 4 seconds, in addition to its normal function Monster Hunter (W): Track now reveals the location of all undead/beast/monster heroes in a large area around you for 4 seconds, in addition to its normal function Attuned to the Wild (Passive): While in the jungle, gain 75% increase HP/mana regen

Spear Slash (Q): After casting Spear Strike, your next 3 basic attacks will cleave nearby enemies Precise Aim (Q): Quest: Hitting an enemy hero with Spear Strike permanently increases its damage by 10 Vigorous strike (Passive): Basic Attacks heal for 25% of damage dealt
level 7
Relentless Winds (E): Cyclone lasts 0.5 seconds longer Tornado (E): Cyclone's delay period reduced by 0.5 seconds On The Hunt (Passive): When moving in the direction of an enemy hero, gain 10% movement speed Cower (Passive): When moving away from an enemy hero, gain 10% movement speed
level 10
Cat Form (R): Cat form increases your attack speed for an overall increase of 20% basic attack damage, and gives you access to new abilities. In addition, you will be cloaked if you stand still for at least 2 seconds while in brush
Bear Form (R): Bear form increases your HP by 30%, but reduces your basic attack damage by 20%, and gives you access to new abilities. In addition, basic attacks while in bear form will cleave for 50% damage

]Deep Wounds (E): Increase Thrash's bleed damage by 100%, and it's radius by 20% Fury Swipes (Passive): Casting a basic ability in cat/bear form causes your next basic attack to doublestrike for 50% damage Infected Wounds (Q): Mangle slows the target by 20% for 3 seconds
Nine Lives (Passive): Permanently reduces all ability damage you take in cat form by 15%
Predatory Swiftness (W): Hitting at least 2 targets with pounce causes your next Cyclone to strike instantly
Thick Hide (Q): Casting Mangle grants 3 charges of Block, reducing the damage taken from the next basic attack by 75% Burning Rage (Passive): Deal 23 damage per second to nearby enemies while in bear form
level 16
Savage Roar (W): Increases your basic attack damage by 5% everytime pounce hits an enemy hero, up to 25%. All stacks are lost if pounce misses Tiger's Fury (Active): Activate to increase ability damage by 25% for 4 seconds (25 second cooldown) Skull Bash (Q): Mangle grants Resistant for 3 seconds, reducing damage taken by 25%
Frenzied Regeneration (Passive): 20% of all basic attack damage you take is reverted as a heal over 5 seconds Body Slam (W): Feral Charge is 40% faster. In addition, Feral Charge will stun all enemies near the impact point Imposing Presence (Passive): Slow enemies attack speed by 40% if they hit you
level 20
Expert Shapeshifter: Shapeshifting into cat or bear form heals you for 15% of your HP, and no longer costs mana Flight Form:Travel Form now shapeshifts into a bird, allowing you to pass over terrain
Primal Cat Form: Cat Form's basic attack damage multiplier increased to 40% and you can become cloaked anywhere. In addition, you will remain stealthed for up to 4 seconds after moving
Dire Bear Form: Increases Bear Form's HP increase to 60%. In addition, Bear Form attacks now cleave for 100% damage

The numbers themselves are just my best guess at balancing a hero, I didn't do too much research on that part, so take them with a grain of salt.
