another rework

Hi.
This rework attempt to keep raynor as a "beginner friendly" hero, but also gives him more interesting talents, and a better build variety and viability.
Seasoned marksman is now a basic quest without activation (still activable with a level 4 talent).
Inspire is now better, but its duration is decreased.
Level 7 gives penetrating round an update, wich is even better while inspire is active. Use inspire smartly!
Raynor's raiders is now a level 20 secondary ability.
New ult, living legend, is a passive skill decreasing all cooldows (more easy to use for beginners), so, all other cooldown reductions have been removed.
Hyperion upgrade have been reworked : its now a cooldown reduction with a new concept : the longer you wait to cast it, the bigger it will be.
Most of talents have been moved or reworked for more synergies.
Possible builds are : auto attack, burst damages, self tankyness, solo lane, inspire support...
Beginners can now play a full game with only 2 activable keys, up to 7!

Quest: Every Minion killed near you grants 0.2 Attack Damage, and Takedowns grant 0.5 Attack Damage.
passive effect : Raynor's Basic Attack range is 1 further than most other ranged Heroes, and his vision radius is 1 further as well.

Primary Abilities

Penetrating Round
Mana: 60
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Deals 240 (+4% per level) damage and knocks enemies back.

Inspire
Mana: 40
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Gain 40% bonus Attack Speed for 4 seconds. Nearby allies gain half of the bonus.

Adrenaline Rush
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Automatically activates to heal for 440 (+4% per level) when Raynor is below 30% Health.

Heroic Abilities

Hyperion
Mana: 100
Cooldown: 100 seconds
Order the Hyperion to make a strafing run dealing 66 (+4% per level) damage a second, hitting up to 4 enemies. Also occasionally fires its Yamato Cannon on Structures for 794 (+4% per level) damage. Lasts 12 seconds.
