Quest: Raynor's basic attack extend duration of inspire by 0.5 seconds.
Rewards: Keep inspire buff up total of 2 min to increase inspire attack speed bonus to 30%.

Giant Rounds

Quest: every basic attack increase your damage by 0.01% of target max health up to 1.5%.
Rewards: after reaching 1.5% damage your penetrating rounds deals additional 4% damage of target max health.

Focused shooter
20 seconds cooldown

Active increase Raynor's basic attack damage by 50% for 10 seconds every attack reduce damage bonus by 5%.

level 7 talents

Revolution overdrive

Gain 10% movement speed while affected by inspire. Increase this bonus by 5% for each allied hero nearby when inspire is cast.

Hamstring shot

Enemies hit by penetrating round have a 30% movement speed slow for 3 seconds.

Cluster round

Penetrating round knock closer enemies further back and penetrating round width increased by 40%.

Vigorous assault

Basic attack heal for 20% of the damage dealt to primary target.

Puttin' on a clinic

Basic attack reduce attacked enemy healing revive by 6% stacking up to 30% for 3 seconds.

level 16 talents

Bullseye

Penetrating round reduce enemies armor by 25 for 3 seconds and deals 20% more damage for each hero hit.

Executioner

Attacking hero that is slowed, rooted or stunned increase your basic attack damage by 30% for 3 seconds.

Inspired commander

You gain 3% damage for each inspired ally. Inspire lasts for 25 seconds on non-heroic unit.

level 20 talents

a Card to play

when ever (ally or enemy) hero is killed, the cooldown of Raynor's abilities are reduced by 25%

Rapid Fire

Increase Raynor's basic attack speed by 20% and basic attack splash for 35% damage.

Dusk Wings

Banshees remain stealthed while attacking and fire 50% more frequently.

Scorched earth

an additional set of laser blast the ground 5 times per second, dealing 40 damage in area.
