Raynor (Rework)

Ranged Marksman AKA Mega Lane Minion

Raynor has been in desperate need of some love for some time.

I approached this rework concept with a few things in mind.

1: Raynor is built around being a very simple hero. This has been a great way to teach new players the game, but it has severely limited him as there is almost always a better hero for a given situation. This rework concept aims to retain the spirit of Raynor's simplicity while diversifying him enough to be able to build into more specialized roles.

2: Create distinct and powerful talents that clearly demonstrate different play styles. Specifically they are.
Auto Attack/Tank Buster
Penetrating Round/Mage build
Team Support

3: Address his survivability issues. Though he can be played well and perform in lower tiers of play, at high levels he simply is too easy to single out and explode. Though I not sure I necessarily fixed the problem, I believe I made much more difficult to blow him away quickly.

Advanced Optics
Raynor's Basic Attack range and vision are increased by 1. Can be activated to reveal stealth units to Raynor for 4 seconds.

Primary Abilities

(Q) Penetrating Round
Deals 240 (+4% per level) damage and knocks enemies back.
Enemies hit are slowed by 20% for 1 second.
12 second cooldown

(W) Inspire
Gain 30% bonus Attack Speed for 6 seconds.
Nearby allied heroes gain half of the bonus.
10 second cooldown

(E) Adrenaline Rush
Activate to heal for 440 (+4% per level).
Automatically activates when Raynor is below 30% Health.
30 second cooldown

Heroic Abilities

(R) Hyperion
Order the Hyperion to make a strafing run dealing 66 (+4% per level) damage a second, hitting up to 4 enemies.
Also occasionally fires its Yamato Cannon on Structures for 794 (+4% per level) damage.
Lasts 12 seconds.
100 second cooldown

(R) New Sheriff in Town
Activating increases Raynor’s attack speed by 20% and gives him 10 armor and Unstoppable.
Raynor regenerates 8.33% of his maximum health every 0.5 seconds
Lasts 6 Seconds.
Can be activated while stunned.
70 second cooldown

Level 1 Talents

Seasoned Marksman:
QUEST: Enemy minions killed near Raynor increase his basic attack damage by 0.2. Takedowns increase his basic attack damage by 1.
REWARD: After gaining 40 attack damage increase Raynor

Level 4 Talents

Focused Fire:
Consecutive attacks against the same target increase Raynor

Level 7 Talents

Down Range:
Penetrating Round

Level 13 Talents

Giant Killer:
Basic attacks against heroes also deal bonus damage equal to 1.5% of targets maximum health.

Double Barreled:
Gain a second charge of Penetrating Round.

Level 16 Talents

U-238 Shells:
Raynor

Storm Tier Talents

Scorched Earth:
Hyperion fires twice as fast. Enemy heroes hit by Hyperion take bonus damage equal to 3% of their maximum health each time they are hit.

I like it but I think you should add something about how thats a machine gun not a riffle so make the attacks like a machine gun thats what always bothered me.
