It's another Reaper concept!

Reaper is a stealthy, opportunistic, short-range Assassin, designed to deal with chunky enemies and poorly-positioned squishies.

Combat Trait

1
The Reaping
Every time an enemy Hero or Mercenary dies nearby, they leave a Soul, which you may pick up and store to heal yourself for 15% of your maximum health. Other enemy units have a 30% chance to drop a Soul on death.

Reaper may hold up to 50 Souls. On death, lose half your Souls.

Activate to reload Reaper's shotguns.

Primary Abilities

Hellfire Shotguns
Cooldown: 5 seconds

Passive: Reaper's basic attacks deal their damage distributed over all enemies within a small cone. Reaper may fire 8 times before reloading over 0.5 seconds. Enemies at the outer 40% of the cone take 50% reduced damage from Reaper's basic attacks.

Active: Increase the spread of Reaper's shotguns by 25% for 3 seconds. Consumes 2 souls per use.

Wraith Form
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Become Unstoppable and Invulnerable for 2 seconds. During this time, Reaper may not attack or cast other abilities.

Reloads Reaper's shotguns.

Shadow Step
Cooldown: 15 seconds

After a 1 second channel, teleport to target location. Long range.

Heroic Abilities

Death Blossom
Cooldown: 100 seconds

Deal a large amount of damage to all nearby enemies over 3 seconds. Enemies in the outer 40% of the area take 50% reduced damage. Reloads Reaper's shotguns.

Blackwatch Technology
Cooldown: 45 seconds

Passive: increases the number of shots to 10 from 8 in Q: Hellfire Shotguns before Reaper has to reload.

Active: increase Basic Attack Damage and Basic Attack Range by 50%, and movement speed by 30% for 4 seconds. Takedowns extend this duration by 3 seconds.

Talents

Level 1:


Boatman's Toll: Activate to consume all Souls and heal for 1% of your max health per Soul consumed.

On Swift Wings: Collecting Souls increases your movement speed by 1% per Soul, up to 10%. These bonuses are lost on death.

Soul Hunger: Quest: Each Soul collected increases healing from Souls by 0.05%, up to 2.5%. Upon collecting 50 Souls, gain an additional 2.5% healing and Souls no longer increase healing from Souls.

Level 4:


Soul Feast: Souls also heal for an extra 15% of your missing health. Increases chances to receive a Soul from Minions by 20%.

Dark Wind: Gain 20% movement speed while in Wraith Form and reduce the cooldown by 2 seconds.

Blackwatch Training: Quest: Takedowns increase your Basic Attack damage by 0.5%, up to a maximum of 5%. Lose all bonus Attack Damage on death. Upon reaching 5% bonus Attack Damage, gain an additional 5% bonus Attack damage and no longer lose Blackwatch Training stacks on death.

Level 7:


Death Walks Among You: Reduce Shadow Step's channel time by 0.5 seconds and the cooldown by 2 seconds. Gain 20% Movement speed after exiting Shadow Step.

Ten-League Step: Increase Shadow Step's range by 50%, but increase the channel time by 0.5 seconds.

Two-Step: Shadow Step gains a charge.

[Heroic Abilities]

Level 13:


Flechette Rounds: Enemies in the outer 40% of Hellfire Shotguns' spread take 75% damage instead of 50%.

Nitroglyceride Shells: After Reaper reloads, leave behind a gun trap, which deals damage to enemies who step on it.

Concentrated Fire: Every 3rd attack against the same Hero deals an additional 5% of their maximum health in damage.

Level 16:


Now You See Me...: Wraith Form also makes you invisible for the duration, but slows you by 20% after it ends.

Giant Killer: Basic attacks to enemy Heroes in close range (close 60%) deal an extra 1.5% of their maximum health in damage.

Brutal Efficiency: Basic attacks against Heroes afflicted with a slow, root or stun always deal maximum damage (even if they are in the outer 40% range).

Level 20:


Massacre: Death Blossom no longer suffers from damage falloff at the outer 40% of the area. Reduces cooldown by 15 seconds.

Classified Technology: Reveal enemies under 35% health. Takedowns reduce the cooldown of your Basic abilities by 5 seconds and apply the movement speed bonus of Blackwatch Technology for free.

This Is My Curse: Permanently reduce death timer by 15 seconds. Each time you die, your maximum soul count is reduced by 10, to a minimum of 10, and your death timer is reduced by an additional 2 seconds.

Death Siphon: Activate to consume all stored Souls and gain 0.33% Attack Damage per Soul consumed for 5 seconds. If maximum Souls are consumed, permanently increase Attack Damage by 30 instead.

I like this concept. I have only one question. The wording on the trait has me little confused. does he heal the 15% max hp when he picks it up or does he activate to heal for that. It just says he stores it to heal for 15%. My guess is you mean he heals right away and then stores the soul but wasn't 100% sure. :) Good concept though.
