Maybe a bit OP?

So I still need several more icons and talents. I also need to finish the abilities. They have some flawed design. The second ULT sort of ruins the initial combat trait, which is why I kept the second one. I don't know if the health regen might be too much though. Also, to anyone curious, according to my flawed math, at the closest range Reaper deals 250.9386 damage per second without talents. I still don't know if that's too much.

Combat Trait

Hellfire Shotguns

Your auto attacks deal more damage to the primary target the closer you get, up to 149% increased damage. Auto Attacks deal up to 33% extra damage to up to 4 nearby enemies. Your Auto Attacks have half the range of a normal ranged hero.

Grim Defiling

Every time Reaper kills an enemy minion, mercenary, or hero they drop a Defiled Globe. Reaper can pick these globes up, increasing passive health regeneration by 0.01%. Heroes drop larger globes that increase health regeneration by 0.5%.

Primary Abilities

Another Step to Darkness

Cooldown: 10 Seconds

After a 0.75 second delay, teleport to a nearby area and gain 25% increased movement speed for 2 seconds.

Wraith Walk

Cooldown: 8 Seconds

Become invulnerable and gain 50% increased movement speed for 2 seconds. You cannot attack nor be healed during this time.

Your Ability's Name

Death Blossom

Cooldown: 120 Seconds

Deal 74.87(+ 4 Per Level damage to all enemies within a wide radius around you every second for 8 seconds. You move at 80% normal movement speed for the duration of this ability.

Added Kick

You Auto Attacks no longer have a damage falloff range and deal 50% cleave damage.
