Reaper of Talon

Previously known as Gabriel Reyes, Reaper is a Talon operative that was once an Overwatch agent. He is a wraith-like terrorist who sets out to kill his former comrades to feed his desire for revenge.

Restore 15% of all damage dealt by Reaper as Health.

Nearby enemy Heroes drop collectible Souls upon death.

Consume 2 Souls to teleport behind an enemy Hero with a 1.5 second delay, becoming Invulnerable for the duration. Reaper's next 4 basic attacks against them deal 250% more damage. If Reaper kills an enemy Hero this way, they drop 4 Souls and the effect of Souls is doubled for the next 5 seconds.

Talents

Level 1
Souls of Agony: Gain +1.25% Attack Damage for each Soul.
Souls of Distress: Gain +0.25% Movement and +1% Attack Speed for each Soul.
Souls of Vain: Gain +1.5% Health and Health Regen for each Soul.


Level 4
Hellfire Blast (Q): Hellfire Shotguns knocks enemies back.
Lingering Degeneration (W): Wraith Form movement speed lingers for 2 seconds.
Bloodthirst (Trait): Increase the Reaping lifesteal by 5%.


Level 7
Rend (Passive): Every 7 seconds, your next Basic Attack against a Hero deals 50% more damage. Basic Attacks decrease this cooldown by 0.75 seconds.
Hellfire Rounds (Q):
Quest - Hit 30 enemy Heroes with Hellfire Shotguns.
Reward - Improve Hellfire Shotgun's Arc Lenght. Hellfire Shotguns now deal 10% more damage over 2 seconds.
Black Death (Active): Activate to deal 30 (+4% per level) damage each second to all nearby enemies for 5 seconds. (Cast Radius: 4, Cooldown: 30 seconds)

Death Blossom (R): See Heroic Abilities

Level 13
Shadow Shroud (E): Gain 75 Armor while channeling Shadow Step. Reduce Shadow Step channel time by 1 second.
Infinite Power (Passive): Remove the Mana costs of your Basic Abilities and reduce their cooldowns by 1 second.
Soulfiend (Trait): Collecting Souls restore 15% of Reaper's maximum Health.


Level 16
Shadow Wrath (W): Drain 10% Health off of each enemy Reaper passes through while Wraith Form is active
Shadow Leap (E): Double the cast range of Shadow Step.
Shifting Shade (E): Reduce Shadow Step's cooldown by 10 seconds.
Unending Power (Passive): Double the effects of Souls.


Level 20
Death Vacuum (R): Death Blossom gradually pulls in enemies caught within the radius towards Reaper. Death Blossom's cooldown is reduced by 1 second each time an enemy Hero is hit by it.
Death Comes (R): Gain 2 more boosted Basic Attacks and double the duration of the boosted Souls.

Reward - Improve Reaper's Basic Attack Arc and double the effects of Souls. (Arc Curve: 150
