Some speak of a black-robed terrorist known only as the Reaper. His identity and motives are a mystery. What is known is that where he appears, death follows.

About the Hero:

Reaper is Tankbuster, who only deals increased Damage, when he is close to the enemy. In this manner he needs to stay near his frontline to be effective, putting himself in a risk.
He is good Solo-laner with Waveclear and Self-heal, which is significantly reduced aganist non-Heroes, making him better in Team Fights with Tanks who can protect him.
His Trait is pretty simple - more Damage at close Range and Selfheal, just like in Overwatch.
Shotgun Blast can help you stay healthy and fresh. It also helps you to deal even more Damage to enemy Heroes who try to get in melee Range. Clever Tanks can also protect their Teammates by standing in melee Range and decreasing the Damage.
He also got two type of Mobility Tools - a teleport (Shadow Step) and Tassadar's Shapeshift (Wraith Form) with reduced functionalities. Shadow Step can be easily interrupted, but Wraith Form can be a great escape tool. These abilities also require Souls, making Reaper a very vulnerable Hero without it. He need to manage his Souls or he gets focused down.
Death Blossom is similar to Valla's Strafe. It deals less Damage than Strafe, but in close Range it deals more Damage while also Healing Reaper. This Heroic Ability is very good with strong CC and with some kind of Cleanse.
Soul Leach is single target Heroic, which deals more Damage to Heroes with more Maximum Health. It also has a Quest to increase his Maximum Soul and to gain more Souls from Minions and from Heroes.
Both Heroic Abilities can help you to gain more Souls - in or out of combat.

Hellfire Shotguns

Reaper's Basic Attacks and Abilities deals 15% more Damage to non-Heroes and 30% more to Heroes who are standing in the area of his trait (3.75). His Basic Attacks also deal Damage in a narrow cone in front of him.Reaper also has shorter AA range than most other Heroes (4.75).

The Reaping

Reaper heals for 45% of the Damage dealt to Enemy Heroes and for 10% of the Damage dealt to non-Structure Enemies.

Primary Abilities

Shotgun Blast
Cooldown: 10 Seconds

Deal 155 Damage in a cone in the targeted direction. If an Enemy Hero stands in melee Range, he/she takes +15% Damage, but the other Heroes who are not standing in melee range take -15% Damage.

Wraith Form
Cooldown: 4 Second
Soul Cost: 4/Second

Activate to become Invulnerable, but unable to cast abilities and basic attack.You are visible and can go through enemies while you are in Wraith Form.

Passive: Souls

Enemy Minions drop 4 Soul and Enemy Heroes drop 10 Soul.Souls disappear after 8 Seconds.You can only have 40 Soul at the same Time.
You are unable to collect souls while you are in Wraith Form.

Shadow Step
Cooldown:16 Seconds
Soul Cost: 16

Choose a location.Channel for 1.5 Second, then disappear from the map for 1 Second, than reappear at the target location.The channel can be interrupted.

Defensive Strategy / Offensive Strategy
Cooldown:5 Seconds

Swap between Defensive Strategy and Offensive Strategy.

Defensive Strategy: The Talon Soldiers will only attack enemies when you attack or when you take damage.The Talon Soldiers will always attack those who you attack or those who attack you.

Offensive Strategy: The Soldiers will always attack the closest enemy nearby, prioritizing your targets.

Cooldown: 5 Seconds
Soul Cost: 10

Refresh your Shotgun Blast.If your Shotgun Blast isn't on Cooldown, gain 1 Charge of Shotgun Ammo.

Shotgun Ammo
Cooldown: 2 Seconds

Refresh your Shotgun Blast.The cooldown will set to 2 Seconds when using your Shotgun Blast.
Can only activate if your Shotgun Blast is on Cooldown. Maximum 2 Charge.

Call Talon Soldiers
Cooldown: 45 Seconds.

Order 4 Talon Soldiers to come out from nearby bushes and friendly Buildings. A bush or a structure must be in 8 Range.

Heroic Abilities

Soul Cost: 20

Channel for 7 Seconds to deal 50 Damage every 0.25 Seconds to nearby Enemy Heroes.Can move while Death Blossom is active with -20% Movement Speed. Every time you hit a Hero, gain 2 Souls.

Soul Leech
Cooldown: 80 Seconds

Leap to the target Enemy Hero.Deal 3% of his/her Maximum Health every Second, healing you for 50% of the Damage Dealt and increasing your Soul amount by 3 every Second. Lasts 5 Seconds. While Soul Leech is active the Enemy Hero is Stunned. The Reaping doesn't increase the heal of Soul Leech and Hellfire Shotguns doesn't increase it's Damage.

Quest:If Soul Leech kills a Hero, increase your Maximum Soul Amount by 2, up to 20.
Reward:After reaching 20 additional Maximum Soul Amount, Minions drop 1 additional Sould and Heroes drop 5 additional Soul.

Talents:

Lvl 1 :

Death Walks Among You:
Quest: Participate in 15 Kills.
Reward: Increase Hellfire Shoguns' bonus to 45% aganist Heroes and to 25% against non-Heroes.

Soul Globes:
Enemy Heroes drop a Regeneration Globes upon death just for you.
Quest: Collect Regeneration Globes.
First Reward:After Collecting 15 Regeneration Globes, they grant you 8 Souls.
Second Reward:After Collecting 30 Regeneration Globes, they increase The Reaping's lifesteal against all Non-Structure enemies by 20% for 11 Seconds.

Talon Forces:
Activate to call 4 Talon Soldiers from nearby Buildings. When they arrive at you, you can command them. They have 420 Health Point and they deal 40 Damage/Attack.

Quest:Deal 8400 Damage with Talon Soldiers to enemy Heroes.
Reward:Increase Talon Soldiers' Damage by 20% and their Health by 15%

Lvl 4 :

From the Shadows:
After you exit from Wraith Form, your next Basic Attack reduces the Cooldown of Wraith Form by 2.5 Seconds. When you use Wraith Form consecutively within 2.25 Seconds apply 20% Movement Speed Slow to nearby Enemy Heroes.

Bleeding Wounds:
Hitting Enemy Heroes with Shotgun Blast in the range of your trait deals 120 additional Damage over 5 Seconds.

In and Out:
Killing an Enemy Hero refreshes the Cooldown of Shadow Step. Killing an Enemy Hero after using Shadow Step within 4 Seconds refunds the Soul Cost of Shadow Step.


Lvl 7 :

A Great Cost:
Whenever Reaper uses an Ability with Soul Cost increase his Damage by 2% for 3 Seconds up to 20% Bonus Damage and 9 Seconds Duration. Abilities with Soul Cost refresh the Duration at Max Duration.

Pathetic:
When Reaper gets Stunned or Rooted he gains Unstoppable for 1.5 Second. 25 Seconds Cooldown.

Suffer:
If Shotgun Blast hits an Enemy Hero in the area of Reaper's Trait, he/she receives 40% less Healing.

Lvl 13 :
Touch of Death:
While in Wraith Form, you deal 90 Damage to nearby Enemies. Hellfire Shotguns does not increase it's Damage.

Mist of Death:
After using Shadow Step, evade all basic Attacks for 3 Seconds.

Mortal Fear:
Attacking Enemy Heroes decrease their Damage against you by 5% for 3 Seconds, up to 35%. Basic Attacks refresh the duration, but can't increase it.

Armor of Fear:
Each enemy Hero hit by Shotgun Blast grants 3 Armor. If a Hero is hit in the range of Reaper's trait increase the Armor gained to 5 Armor.

Lvl 16 :
Death's Arsenal:
Gain the ability reload your Shotguns for 10 Soul, refreshing your Shotgun Blast.If your Shotgun Blast isn't on Cooldown, gain 1 Charge of Shotgun Ammo.Can use it to refresh your Shotgun Blast. Max 2 Charges at the same time.

Sudden Nightmare:
Teleporting with Shadow Step Fears all nearby Enemy Heroes for 1.5 Second, but increase Shadow Step's Cooldown by 6.

Blackwatch Tactics:
Talon Soldiers can use Grenades every 6 Second, dealing 100 AoE Damage at the targeted area. Now you can also target an allied Structure with Global Range or a Bush with Mediocre Range with "Call Talon Soldiers".Once Talon Soldiers spawned you can command their moving.

Lvl 20 :

Massacre:
Each Enemy Hero in Death Blossom's Area increases it's Damage by 10%, up to 50%.No longer Slows Death Blossom your Movement Speed. Enemy Heroes also slowed by 2% each time they are hit by Death Blossom for 3 Seconds. Stacks up 10 times.

Death's Greed:
Instead of Leaping to the target Hero, after 1 Second, channel for 5 Seconds, silencing and slowing nearby Enemy Heroes by 80% for the duration and deal 3.5% of their Maximum Health as Damage to them every Second and Heal for 25% of the Damage dealt.

Unending Terror:
Your Basic Attacks reduce all Cooldowns by 0.5 Seconds and also grant 2 Souls. If your Basic Attack hits 3 or more Heroes at the same time, your next Basic Attack will reduce all Cooldowns by 1 Second, grant 5 Souls and also deals 20% more Damage to close Heroes.

A Shadow of Himself:
Upon dying instead of disappearing from the map, enter in Wraith Form. While you are dead the Hero who killed you is revealed on the Map until you respawn or the Hero is killed. If the Hero gets killed you Respawn instantly.
