Reaper

Talon Assassin

A volatile mercenary known as "Reaper," a ruthless and remorseless killer, he has been responsible for terrorist attacks throughout the world. He fought in many armed conflicts for years, showing no loyalty to any cause or organization. Survivors described him as a black shadow ghosting unscathed through the most hellish battlefields. Now in the Nexus, he strikes down all who stand against him.

Reaper is a sticky, up-close hero that relies on his basic attacks to shred down enemies, bringing death and chaos with him.

Health Regen: 4 (+4% per level)
Attack Speed: 2 per second, 0.5 second cooldown every 2 attacks

Combat Trait

The Reaping
Reaper has a short attack range but heals for 25% of all damage done. Hero eliminations instantly grant him 20% of his maximum health.

Primary Abilities

Hellfire Blast
Mana: 30
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Reaper releases a devastating blast in a cone infront of him, dealing 100 (+4% per level) damage to enemies. Each time Reaper attacks with his basic attacks, Hellfire Blast's cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds.

Wraith Form
Mana: 50
Cooldown: 11 seconds

For 3 seconds, become Immune to all damage, bypass unit collision and move 30% faster, but be unable to attack or cast abilities. Can be cancelled early.

Shadow Step
Mana: 50
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Channel for half a second then teleport to the target location and gain 50% increased attack speed for 2 seconds. Cannot be cast over unpathable terrain.

Heroic Abilities

Death Blossom
Mana: 100
Cooldown: 75 seconds

Slow movement speed by 20% but deal basic attack damage to all enemies around you for 4 seconds. During Death Blossom, you may cast Hellfire Blast.

Death Grip
Mana: 10
Cooldown: 40 seconds

Reaper pulls the selected enemy hero into melee range and marks them for 15 seconds. While marked, the Hero is revealed to Reaper and he may Shadow Step to them globally. When the marked hero is killed, Death Grip's cooldown is set to 10 seconds.

Talents

Level 1

Time to Reap:
Quest: Hero takedowns grant reaper 2 basic attack damage permanently.
Reward: After gaining a bonus 10 basic attack damage, Wraith Form's and Shadow Step's cooldowns are reduced by 2 seconds.
Reward: After gaining a bonus 20 basic attack damage, Reaper's basic attacks reduce the cooldown of Hellfire Blast by an additional second.

Hellfire Spread:
Reaper's basic attacks cleave for 10% of his damage.

Darkwrap:
The duration of Wraith Form is increased by 1 second and grants Reaper 10 armor for 2 seconds after ending.

Level 4

Unleash Hell:
Basic attacking enemies below 50% Health reduces the cooldown of Hellfire Blast by an additional 2 seconds.

Hellstorm:
Hellfire Blast's range increased by 20% and damage by 30%.

Shadow Leap:
The range of Shadow Step is increased by 100%.

Level 7

Harvesting:
Reaper heals for 30% of all damage done. Healing tripled against Minions, Monsters and Mercenaries.

Soul Globes:
Regen Globes become Soul Globes near Reaper, restoring 50% more Health and Mana to his allies.

Regenerative Tissue:
Reaper gains 5 health per second regeneration. This effect is tripled when in Wraith Form.

Level 10

Death Blossom:
Slow movement speed by 20% but deal basic attack damage to all enemies around you for 4 seconds. During Death Blossom, you may cast Hellfire Blast.

Death Grip:
Reaper pulls the selected enemy hero into melee range and marks them for 15 seconds. While marked, the Hero is revealed to Reaper and he may Shadow Step to them globally. When the marked hero is killed, Death Grip's cooldown is set to 10 seconds.

Level 13

Felfire Blast:
Hellfire Blast slows targets by 10% and deals an additional 75 (+4% per level) damage over 3 seconds.

Spread the Curse:
Enemy heroes near Reaper take 10% less Healing and 5% more damage.

Shadow's Embrace:
Shadow Step's grants an additional 25% attack speed and it's duration is increased by 1 second.

Level 16

Grim Reaper:
Quest: Each hero takedown increases the heal of Hero eliminations heal by 2.5%.

Unsatisfactory Feast:
Minion deaths near Reaper increase his attack and movement speed by 2% for 10 seconds, stacking up to 30%.

Death Smoke:
Moving whilst in Wraith Form leaves behind a trail of smoke which damages enemies for 20 (+6% per level) damage each second and heals Reaper for 1% of his maximum health every second whilst he is in it. The smoke lasts for 5 seconds.

Darkened Bullets:
Hellfire Blast deals 200% more damage during Shadow Step's attack speed bonus.

Level 20

Dance of the Death Blossom:
If Reaper manages to cast 5 Hellfire Blasts during Death Blossom, reduce the cooldown of Death Blossom to 5 seconds.

No Escape...:
Death Grip's mark reduces the target's movement speed by 20% and makes them unable to mount.

Talon Upgrades:
Reduce the cooldown of all basic abilities by 3 seconds. Reduce the cooldown of heroic abilities by 25 seconds.

Notes

    Due to it's cast time and unavailability of crossing unpathable terrain, Shadow Step functions more as an engage than an escape.

    In contrast, Wraith Form is an ideal escape tool, but can be used to engage aswell, though the enemy has a much easier time reacting to you coming that way.
