Reaper Hero

Reaper Hero

Starcraft II Reaper Unit, I currently don't have a name for him, but always thought it would be cool if the Reaper was turned into a hero, sort of like Hammer and Morales, so I made a concept. I will be working on revising the concept as I get time and feedback.

HP: 700(+110 per level) HP Regen: 1.5(+.25 per level)
Mana: 500(+10 per level) Mana Regen: 3(+.1 per level)
Damage: 43(+11 per level)
Attack Speed: 1.00
Range: 5.5
Normal Move Speed

Combat Trait

Jetpack
Reaper's vision is unobstructed by terrain(except bushes), Reaper gains 1 hp regeneration with every regen globe, may activate trait to gain a 5 second 20% speed boost.(30 second cooldown)

Primary Abilities

Mines
Drop a mine that fuses and cloaks after 1 second, does 70(+10 per level) damage and knocks enemies back.(Holds 2 charges, 10 second cooldown per charge, 40 mana per activation)

Arm
Activate/Deactivate all mines on the map

Evasive Jump
Jump to indicated location, ignoring all obstacles in the way(Holds 2 charges, 13 second cooldown per charge, 60 mana per activation)

Heroic Abilities

Fear the Reaper
Reaper locks onto the assigned target, gaining 30% damage for 8 seconds, continue firing on the move as long as target remains in range. Automatically deactivates when target is destroyed, exits range or target is changed. Trait and abilities may be used simultaneously with Fear the Reaper.(80 second cooldown, 80 mana cost)

Hit 'n Run
Upon next attack, gain 100% attack speed for 4 seconds. Jetpack Infantry activates for free when cooldown ends. May not use abilities while hit and run is active.(60 second cooldown, 80 mana cost)

Special Mount

Special Mount Animation
When mounted, hover above ground and move by jetpack propulsion, purely cosmetic, similar to the unique Diablo, Zagara and Anubarak animations.

Talent Level 1

1)I'm Listenin'(When stationary for 3 seconds, reveal enemies in bushes.)
2)Death from Above(+20% range on Evasive Jump)
3)Extra Fuel (lower cooldown on Evasive Jump by 2 seconds)
4)Regeneration Master
5)Seasoned Marksman

Talent Level 4

1)I'm Bringin' the Pain(+20% auto-attack damage for 3 seconds after using Evasive Jump)
2)Vampiric Strike
3)Trip-Wire(Mines reveal enemies for 3 seconds upon detonating)
4)Envenom
5)Evasive Block(Get 1 charge of block when using Evasive Jump, stacks up to 3 times)

TALENT LEVEL 7

1)Minefield(Gain an extra charge of mines, lowers mine cooldown by 2 seconds)
2)Block of C4(Mines arm instantly, still take 1 second to stealth)
3)First Aid
4)Depleted Uranium Rounds(Gain 50% auto-attack damage for 5 seconds upon activation, 30 second cooldown)
5)I'm All Out of Stims(While Jetpack Infantry is active, hp regen is halted, The Reaper gains a shield worth 20% of his health)

TALENT LEVEL 10

1)Fear the Reaper
2)Hit 'n Run

TALENT LEVEL 13

1)I'm Goin', I'm Goin'(Jetpack Infantry provides a passive +10% movement speed boost)
2)Flash-Bang(Mines stun affected heroes for .25 seconds, turning into a 1 second blind)
3)This Ain't Good(Jetpack Infantry provides +30% movement speed when activated)
4)Get Juked(Jump back to original Evasive Jump location for free within 1.5 seconds of jumping)
5)I Like You(Targeted Ally gains +30% movement speed(decaying over time) and heals for 10% of their hp over 5 seconds, 60 second cooldown)

TALENT LEVEL 16

1)Ain't Got Time to Bleed(when dropping below 25% hp, reduce all incoming damage by 75% for 2 seconds, 50 second cooldown)
2)Blood for Blood
3)Berserk
4)I'm Gonna Kill You Last(Active, targeted enemy hero takes +30% damage for 3 seconds as long as The Reaper does not attack them, 60 second cooldown)
5)Huh, That's All?(Gain +1% damage and attack speed for every percentage of hp lost, up to a maximum of +75%)

TALENT LEVEL 20

1)Geronimo(Fear the Reaper cuts effects of all crowd control by 50% and gains 2 seconds duration)
2)I Make Dead People(Hit 'n Run cooldown automatically resets if it kills a target)
3)The Grim Reaper has Arrived(Cut Respawn timer by 50%, may respawn anywhere within vision range of friendly units, 120 second cooldown)
4)Nexus Frenzy
5)Rewind
