level 1:
- Shield wall: increase the width of Shield up! by 20 percent. also affects Shield projector.
- Rocket fuel: Reinhardt's charge goes 10 percent further
- Fire-wave: increase width of Fire strike by 30 percent.
level 4:
- Crusader's Regen: Quest. Collect 20 regeneration-globes to increase health-regeneration by 1.5 per globe. after reaching 20 globes, also increase healing gained from allies by 30 percent.
- Crusader's hammer: increase damage on secondary targets to 75 percent.
- Crusader's Armour: increase basic attack damage reduction by 10 percent.
level 7:
- Firestorm: hitting an enemy hero with fire strike reduces it's cool-down by 33 percent
- hard Impact: (charge) colliding with terrain while having a hero pinned will deal damage equal to 5 percent of that hero's health.
- Shield stabiliser: if the shield was not broken during Shield up! its cool-down is reduced by 5 seconds. (also affect shield projector)
level 10:
- Earthshatter
- Shield Projector
level 13:
-Crusader's pact: periodically reduce incoming ability damage, and all further ability damage for three seconds,by 20 percent. 30 second cool-down
- Heatwave: increase width of fire strike
- Slow burn: Fire strike deals 75 percent additional damage over time.
- Lethargic Flames: Fire strike slows enemy hero's movement speed by 25 percent.
Level 16:
- Core renewal: active ability. enter stasis for 2.5 seconds. while in stasis, refresh a random basic cool-down.
- Takeoff: increase speed and width of Charge by 30 percent.
- Memories of old times: Reinhardt's Charge can now pin friendly heroes, and when that happens, its cool-down is reduced by 50 percent.
level 20:
- Earth crusher: increase width on Earth shatter's cone and its stun duration by 33 percent.
- Shield Holo-caster: Increase range on shield projector and add 500 base-health to Shield up! and Shield projector.
- Rocket booster: activate trait to increase movement speed by thrusting forward in short bursts. 30 second cool-down
- Crusader's protective shield: activate to shield all nearby allied heroes for 30 percent of their maximum health.
In General - Some numbers are really needed to help fill this kit in. Damage figures, cooldowns, etc are all really helpful details that can help to emphasize what the kit is meant to do and how well it's balanced.
Crusader Armor (D) - This trait seems to be 2 traits in one, and I'm not sure he needs all of these effects. If he sticks with the cleave, I'd reduce the damage output, unless the basic attack damage is relatively low, since a 50% cleave is usually pretty strong.
Shield Up! (Q) - So this shield lasts 4 seconds and then vanishes, I take it? Does the shield itself have a cooldown, and does that cooldown change if the shield is destroyed vs when it just expires normally?
Fire Strike (E) - I feel like this needs some additional effect on top of the damage, because right now it's just damage in a straight line and that's not particularly "unique". It's not a bad thing to have vanilla damage sometimes, but remember, this ability is meant to give him reach in Overwatch, but right now it doesn't feel like something that will be much help on a tank like Reinhardt in HotS.
Shield Projector (R) - A solid idea and I actually like the notion, but if it's not going to move, then it probably needs more juice than just that. Especially since it makes Reinhardt's own shield disabled for the duration, limiting his survivability. I'd consider either increasing its strength more so that it's an effective means of denying incoming damage, or giving it an additional passive effect of some sort that powers up Reinhardt himself.
Talents - Might want to tweak some of these as the numbers provided make some of these talents wildly better than others, and suggests they may not all be in the correct tiers. I'd suggest looking at other heroes for cues on how to make the adjustments here. That's what I did.
