After using "Charge" your "rocket hammer" gains a stack, allowing you to uses it multiple times without cooldown. This maxes out at 5 stacks, these stacks go away for each use of the ability.

All of your basic abilities deal an additional 50 damage over 10 seconds. Hitting an opponent who is already affected by this affect with one of your basic abilities, will cause the DoT to refresh.
[Drain Sheilds] - D & additional action button
When your "Barrier" is up you may use this ability to drain the health of your "Barrier" Your Barrier will take damage equal to 5% of it's health per second, and you will gain that in health.
Cooldown: 60 seconds
