Level 1
(Passive) Psychic burst
- Confusing an enemy also does 160(+4%) damage on them.
(E) Dangerous toxins
- If an enemy stays at least 2 seconds inside the cloud of poison, any extra ticks do 200% extra damage.
(W) Sealing mind
- Lunatic Mind also makes the enemy hero unable to see their own health bar. They also can't see their allies for its duration.
Level 4
(Active) Grand patriot's elixir
- Activate to buff your stats. Watch the ability for more details.
(W/Q) Crazy injuries
- Enemies hit by your Bullet Hell while under the effects of Lunatic Mind take an extra 10% damage that stacks per each bullet. Stacks up to 4 times. (So 10% extra first bullet, 20% extra second bullet...).
(Q/W) Under control
- If an enemy is hit 3 times by your Bullet Hell while under the effects of Lunatic Mind in a single cast of Lunatic Mind, they are instantly confused for 0.75 seconds. This effect doesn't consume your Confusing Minds stacks.
Level 7
(Q/E) Toxic bullets
- Enemies hit by Bullet Hell while inside Poison Smokescreen Orb's range take have their healing reduction increased by 20% and take 20% more damage from poison per Bullet Hell hit in a single cast of Poison Smokescreen Orb.
(E) Toxic grenade
- Allows you to throw your orb so its starting position is not your own body. Also reduces its cooldown by 0.2 seconds per hit on an enemy hero. This cooldown reduction is increased to 0.3 seconds in the inner layer.
(Passive) Mind piercer
- Basic attacks against enemy heroes increase the duration of their negative statuses by 0.4 seconds. Effect is halved for stuns, roots and silences.
Level 13
(Passive) Blood flow adaptation
- Takes 15% increased healing from all sources and increases the duration of buffs by 0.25 seconds every time you AA an enemy. Duration increase is doubled when attacking enemy heroes.
(Passive) Debuff mastery
- Halvens debuffs duration on yourself. Upon being inflicted by a debuff, your cooldowns go 50% faster for the duration of the debuff. This effect can only happen once every 10 seconds and can last a maximum of 3 seconds.
(Q) Positive gamble
- Whenever you hit an enemy hero with Bullet hell, doubles the effect of your buffs for 1.5 seconds. Killing an enemy with Bullet hell triples your buffs for 3 seconds. Both effects don't stack and duration is simply refreshed when the conditions are achieved again. Only the highest buff is applied.
Level 16
(Q) Explosive bullet mind
- Whenever you hit a confused enemy hero with Bullet Hell, your next bullet will do an extra 50% damage and explode in a small radius on each hero hit. Explosions do apply confusing mind stacks but 1 bullet and its explosions can only apply 1 stack per hero regardless of the numbers of times explosions hit the same hero.
(W) Mind sweeper
- Increases the duration of your Lunatic Mind by 1 second. Killing an enemy hero affected by Lunatic Mind casts another Lunatic Mind onto any enemy heroes that were close to him.
(E) Sticky toxins
- Enemies that take damage from Poison Smokescreen Orb, keep the reduced healing for 2 seconds after exiting the poison. Aditionally the outer layer now does double damage and the inner layer slows enemies by 50% for as long as they remain on the center and for 2 seconds after they leave it.
Level 20
(R1) Trumpet shotgun
- Trumpet gun now throws 10 small explosions that spread randomly as well as the original shoot that deal 50 (+4%)damage each and apply a Confusing Minds stack. Also doubles the cooldown of the ability. Basic attacks cooldown reduction now also applies on your Heroic ability.
(R2) Don't want to wake up
- Broken Reality now has infinite range and reduces its cooldown by 5 seconds every time you apply confusion through Confusing Minds.
(Q) The real Bullet Hell
- Bullet hell cooldown goes down to 1.5 seconds. Confused enemy heroes by Reisen also have their armor reduced by 15.
(W) Lunatic images
- Enemies affected by Lunatic Mind can't deal any damage to you. Additionally now all enemies can se your clones and can get hit by them but they will only attack the original target of Lunatic Mind. Their Bullet Hell projectiles will pierce as much as you have deppending on your stacked quest. Hitting an enemy hero that's not the original target only grants 0.2 second cooldown reduction on your Bullet Hell.
Increases the original cooldown of Lunatic Mind by 6 seconds.
