First off I would like to say that I have much experience with Rexxar and have reached Masters rank with over 100 hours on Rexxar, so although Rexxar has a decent winrate his playstyle does not feel fluid and has some glaring issues that I will list. Rexxar is a difficult hero to play with a high skill ceiling and requires practice to control and micro the main part of his kit, Misha. Even though Rexxar is a tank he is a very squishy character and cannot do much without his bear and has no defensive cooldowns. Although Rexxar and Misha together are decent duelists Rexxar has poor damage output in team fights. Another huge issue with Rexxar is that heroes with stacking quests can easily complete their quests fast on Misha and Rexxar as well as heroes with chaining affects such as Kael'thas' living bomb and Kel'thuzad's chains can easily be exploited on you. This rework will increase Rexxar's and Misha's ability to do damage, raise his skill ceiling but reduce his skill floor, make Rexxar more independant, increase Rexxar and Misha's fluidity and tankiness. Also Mend Pet will no longer be a ability but is a new added functionality with "Misha, Focus!" and Rexxar now has a new ability to replace it.

* This ability cannot be used while Rexxar is dead but has unlimited range between Rexxar and Misha.
Misha, Focus! (D)
* Cooldown Reduced from 0.25 seconds to 0 seconds
* Passive: Misha gains 20% move speed, increased from 15%
* New Functionality: Misha now gains 10% move speed and gains 500% increased health regeneration while not being attacked for 5 seconds.*
* Misha Focus now becomes global and Misha is no longer leashed to rexxar and can move to other lanes without him.
* Hitting Misha with any ability with a quest no longer gains progress towards the quest (both ally and enemy). Misha is still considered a heroic unit.
* Killing Rexxar or Misha now reward a takedown credit of 1 Hero kill/XP. When Misha or Rexxar is killed while the other is dead it now rewards a takedown credit of 1 Hero kill/XP.
* Misha now has the same respawn timer as Rexxar and respawns at the altar/spawn.
* Misha and Rexxar can both drink from the healing fountain but share a cooldown and both Rexxar and Misha gain benefit from the healing fountain. Rexxar and Misha share regen globes but has a range limit of 10.
* Misha can now interact with several objects such as objectives, Medhiv's Portals, and LT.Morales' Dropship by clicking your trait on it (except piloted vehicles, i.e. DragonShrine Dragon).
Unleash the Boars (R)
* Damage Increased from 110 to 130
* Cooldown Reduced from 60 to 55
* Slow amount increased from 40% to 50%
