Rhonin

Leader of the Kirin tor

Rhonin is the leader of Dalaran who succeded to Antonidas, who unfortunatly died in theramore saving jaina who suceded him

Since we already have a frost mage which is jaina and a fire mage wich is kael'thas i think we need an arcane mage to complete all mage specs

Combat Trait

Arcane charge
Casting arcane blast will Grant one charge of arcane charge wich will have a duration of 10 seconds. Arcane charge can stack 4 times, each stack will increase every abiliity's damage by 25% and its mana cost by 50%

Passive Ability

Arcane Barrage
Launches bolts of arcane magic in a straight line.
Comsumes all Arcane charges.

Damage: 50( +5 per level)
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Range and Width: the same as jainas frostbolt

Does not get the damage increase from Arcane charges

Primary Abilities

Arcane blast
A single target spell of pure arcane magic

Damage: 70(+18 per level)
Cost: 50 mana
Cooldown: 2 seconds
Range: the same as kael'thas living bomb

Arcane missiles
Send 3 waves of arcanes missiles that deals damage to the 1º target hit by each missile

Damage: 65(+ 15 per level)
Cost: 70 mana
Cooldown: 6 seconds
width: the same width as the ilidan's sweeping strike

Gains an adicional wave for each arcane stack (if u have 3 stack it will make 6 waves instead of 3)

Arcane Explosion
Causes an explosion of arcane magic around the caster.
In case that the enemies who got damaged by arcane explosion have an movement imparing effect on them the duration of that effect reseted and suffer 50% more damage

Damage: 75( + 18 per level)
Cost: 60 mana
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Radius: the initial radius is the same as kael'thas flamestrike whit is trait active

Each arcane charge increase the Radius of the explosion by 25%

Heroic Abilities

Nether Tempest
Places a Nether tempest on the enemie that deals damage over 12 seconds, and the enemies around the enemie targeted by Nether Tempest will recieve 50% of the damage dealt.
Damage: 128(+ 20 per level)
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 85 seconds
Radius: the same as Kharazim's Seven Sided Strike

The primary's target damage is also by arcane charge efect (wich means Nether tempest will have is damage and mana cost increased)

Each arcane charge  grants a 12.5% increased damage on the enemies that recieve damage around the enemie with Nether Tempest on

(since i think i made a bit of a confusion trying to explain this i will give an exemple:
if u have 4 arcane charges the enemies that would recieve 50% damage of the Nether Tempest will recieve 100% of the damage)

Arcane Orb
launches an arcane orb forward from the caster's position and it will travel for 10 seconds in a straight line
every enemie hero damaged by arcane orb will grant and arcane charge (max: 4)

Damage: 100(+ 20 per level)
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 60 seconds
width: the same as the Sergeant Hammer's Blunt Force Gun

this ability is also afected by arcane charge

in case arcane orb is used whit max charges and only whit max charges every enemie damaged by arcane orb will grant an arcane charge that passes the limit of the charges
(exemple: if u have 4 arcaneg charges use the arcane orb and hit 5 enemies heroes you will have 9 arcane charges)

Since he is a mage from azeroth of course he known how to teleport

Cooldown: 20 seconds
Range: same as the falstad flying ability

TALENTS

TIER 1 TALENTS (LEVEL 1):

Acquired Knowlegde: picking up a regeneration globe increases the maximum mana by 20

Arcane Mastery: the mana increase by Arcane charge is reduced by 5%

Eye of Dalaran: Increases the range of all your abilities by 25%

Nether Attunenment: every time Arcane Missiles deals damage restores 10( +5 per level)

TIER 2 TALENTS (LEVEL 4):

Slow: your Arcane Blast now slows the enemy for 4 seconds by 60%

Unstable Magic: your Arcane Blast have 25% chance to hit a second target
(the second hit generates an Arcane Charge)

Clairvoyance: Activate to reveal an Area for 10 seconds. Enemies in the area are revealed by 4 seconds

Gathering power: Heroes takedown increase the Ability Power by 1% to a maximum of 15%. Half of this bonus ability power is lost in death

TIER 3 TALENTS (LEVEL 7):

Piercing Missiles: Arcane Missiles will now Pierce the 1º target to hit an adicional target behind them

Dalaran's Secret: Arcane Explosion now is a ranged spell
(think in the blizzard of jaina if u are not understanding this talent)

Arcane Overload: your basic spells have 10% chance to turn 1 of your spells cost 0 mana

Arcane Artillery: when you use Arcane Barrage send a number of bolts equal to your Arcane charges.
(if you have 2 Arcane charges send 2 bolts if you have 4 Arcane charges it will send 4 bolts. Max: 4 bolts)

TIER 4 TALENTS (LEVEL 10):

Nether Tempest: Heroic Ability

Arcane Orb: Heroic Ability

TIER 5 TALENTS (LEVEL 13):

Brilliance Aura: increase 10% damage and 20% mana regeneration to you and to the friendly heroes

Mage Barrier: Activate to gain a shield equal to 200% of your maximum mana for 6 seconds

Ice Block: Activate to put yourself in a Statis and gain invulnerability for 3 seconds

Incanter's Flow: the more mana you have the more damage you deal but your defence is reduced, when you have less mana you deal less damage but you gain more defence
(if you have 100% of your mana you will deal 15% more damage but will have 15% less defence, but if you have 0% of mana you will deal 15% less damage but your defence is increased by 15%, if u have 50% mana you wont receive a buff or the debuff).

TIER 6 TALENTS (LEVEL 16):

Torment the weak: your Arcane explosion will deal 15% more damage to movement impaired targets (ex:slow) and instead of reseting the movement imparing effect it will stun for 1.5 seconds

SpellSteal: if an enemy have a buff effect on him (ex: malfurion's regrowth) it will steal for the full duration of the buff

Mana Wyrm: summons a mana wyrm that will remain for 20 seconds, the mana wyrm will drain 5% of the mana from 1 of the enemie heroes every second, if the hero doesnt possesse mana (ex: chen) it will deal 5% damage, the mana stolen by the mana wyrm will revert back to you (if you have stolen health you will receive mana instead)
(I wanted to give the mana wyrm the same health as anub'arak betles)

Arcane mind:Casting arcane blast will reduce the cooldown of the other abilitys by 0.5 seconds. (arcane blast and arcane barrage are not afected by this talento)

TIER 7 TALENTS (LEVEL 20):

Nether winds: Nether Tempest duration will increase by 4 seconds and will deal damage 50% faster.

Rites of the Arcane: Arcane Orb have is width increased by 25% percent and will give double charges per  enemy hero damaged.
(if u damage 1 hero u will receive 2 arcane charges instead of 1)

Bolt of the Storm: Activate to teleport to a nearby location 

Arcane Power: Activate to instantly restore 400 mana and increase Ability Power by 15% for 5 seconds

Skins

well i was thinking the way you find rhonin in Dalaran as the original skin.

As the Master skin i was think dress him whit the conqueror's kirin tor set.

As the optional skin i was thinking as the way he was before being the Dalaran leader, when he was a simple adventurer.

sorry i coulndt i get the images, whenever i put images in this slot it appears completle diferente images. if u want u can put rhonin on Google images and u will get the gist of what i have in mind

Extra

I this is my 1º concepct made and i tried my best to balance him, since rhonin is my favorite character from azeroth i though about this concept, and the idea from the ranged arcane explosion from the ulduar cinematic.
every critic is welcomed to improve this concept.
thank you for your patience and sorry my mistakes, english is not my native languange(im portuguese if you were wondering :P)

just one question. Does blizzard check this concepts i found most of them are quite interesting and it would be a shame to ignore them all.

Matrix i followed your advice and i increased the Arcane Explosion damage, i dindt change the heroic abilities because i though it would become to powerfull.

Well even though i want the heroic to do big damage, the main purpose for the Nether Tempest is to zone a target (put Nether Tempest on a DPS or a tank and they have to leave the team fight or everyone gets a ton of damage) and the Arcane orb is to Buff all the other spells while doing damage, dont Forget if you have 4 Arcane charges you still get Arcane charges whit Arcane Orb (for exemple Arcane Missiles whit 8 charges will send 11 waves and they all get the damage buff from Arcane Charges)

I dont known how the skins appear on your PC but in mine appear images totally diferente from the ones before i posted, sorry if that happened, i will keep trying to change the images to see if i can get them published.
