As an Ability focused Assassin, Rhonin can deal a great deal of damage in burst, but he can also keep up a reasonable stream of damage via his Arcane Missiles throughout the fight. His unique mount ability allows him to instantly re-position himself across long distances, an Ability which can be used by skilled players to put pressure on the enemy team, or take down enemy defenses or heroes without giving them time to prepare. Where Rhonin truly shines is in large group fights, dealing out massive damage to multiple foes at once. If executed properly, Rhonin can make surviving your teams onslaught an impossible task for your enemies.

As strong as Rhonin is in a teamfight, he can be equally helpless alone. Due to his Area of Effect focus, he is less reliable at dealing damage to a single opponent, making him a rather frail duelist compared to other burst assassins such as Jaina or Kael'Thas. He is also particularly Vulnerable to stealth assassins such as Nova or Zeratul if he cannot reveal them before they get in position. His blink ability does afford him some escape to flee from such opponents, but his lack of CC and mount make it difficult for him to outrun his enemies for long. Make sure you position near your team as well as important objectives to guarantee your success.

Talents

Level 1:

- Arcane Reach: Increase the range at which Rhonin can maintain arcane missiles by 3.

- Arcane Pathfinding: Remove the range restriction between points for Arcane Orb. 

- Magical Retreat: Increase the range of Blink.

- Conjurer's Pursuit: Collecting Regeneration Globes permanently increases Mana Regeneration by .1 per second.

Level 4:

- Arcane Endurance: Increases the number of Arcane Missiles from 3 to 4.

- Arcane Versatility: Allows Rhonin to change the target of his Arcane Missiles as he channels by recasting the ability on a new target.

- Volatile Orb: Increases the size of Arcane Orb's explosion radius by 100%.

- Release of Power: Activating Arcane Charge will consume all current stacks of Arcane Charge to restore 3% of Rhonin's Mana per charge over 8 seconds.

Level 7:

- Deft Footwork: Reduces the movement speed penalty while channeling Arcane Missles to 50%.

- Energy Absorption: If Arcane Orb moves through Rhonin on its path, it will grant him a sheild for 15% of his maximum Hitpoints, as well as a stack of block which reduces the damage of the next hero basic attack which strikes him. This effect may only occur twice per casting of Arcane Orb. The shield cannot stack.

- Emergency Scrying: When Rhonin begins casting Blink, he will gain vision of an 16 radius area around the location where he began casting. This vision lasts 6 seconds.

- Power Overwealming: Increase the Ability Power bonus of Arcane Charges from 3% to 4% per stack.

Level 10:

- Arcane Barrage: Rhonin uses accumulated magical energy to launch a devastating barrage of arcane energy. Activating Arcane Barrage will cause Rhonin to consume his Arcane Charges to launch a number powerful arcane spells up to the number of stacks consumed. These projectiles will automatically seek out Rhonin's enemies dealing X (+4% per level) damage. Each target may only be hit by 1 projectile and the spell will target heroes over minions or mercenaries.

- Mirror Images: Rhonin becomes invisible for 1 second, and in that time, he creates two identical mirror images which last for 10 seconds. These images will attack enemies with Arcane Missles and Arcane Orb, each dealing 33% normal damage. The images will prioritize enemy heroes, but you can designate targets by recasting the ability and selecting a target.

Level 13:

- Spell Efficiency: Spells cost 10% less mana and have 10% shorter cooldowns while Rhonin has 5 stacks of Arcane Charge.

- Rupture: Blink deals 182 (+4% per level) damage to enemies in a direct line between Rhonin and his destination.

- Evanesce: Renders Rhonin invulnerable to damage for 2 seconds, cleansing all debuffs, but also removing any beneficial effects from allies and any arcane charges. Rhonin may not use any abilities or basic attacks during this effect.

- Arcane Recharge: Rhonin's basic attacks refresh the duration of his Arcane Charges. This does not allow basic attacks to generate additional charges.

Level 16:

- Spell Mastery 'Arcane Missiles': Arcane Missiles cast 33% faster and deal full damage to enemies they pass through on the way to their target.

- Spell Mastery 'Arcane Orb': Arcane Orb now moves between 3 locations rather than 2 and can damage a single target up to 3 times.

- Spell Mastery 'Blink': Rhonin can move at 50% normal speed while casting Blink.

Level 20:

- Unlimited Charge: Arcane Barrage no longer consumes stacks of Arcane Charge. Additionally, the duration of Arcane Charge is increased by 10 seconds.

- Greater Images: Increases the damage dealt by Rhonin's Mirror Images to 50% of normal damage and also reduces the damage they take from Area of Effect damage by 50%.

- Create Portal: When Teleportation is cast, Rhonin leaves behind a portal his allies can use to teleport to the same location after a 1 second cast. The portal will spawn with 2 charges and each ally that uses the portal will consume 1 charge. Once all charges have been consumed, the portal will dissipate. Rhonin does not consume a charge.

- Arcane Power: Activate to instantly restore 400 Mana and increase Ability Power by 15% for 5 seconds.
