Chief Engineer

Background: A master of machines and weaponry, Swann oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the Hyperion and the Raider's technological hardware. While usually preferring to be away from fighting, the chief engineer brings highly appreciated help when he decides to head out onto the field.

Concept Summary: Assuming the role of a combat engineer, Swann excels at holding down a position and repelling the enemy from it. Making him especially strong in maps where objectives need to be held for an amount of time. Swann also excels at making traps and setting up ambushes which also makes him viable in fast paced maps that require more mobility.

Spinning Dizzy

Places a Missile Turret that detects cloaked enemies, has 25% larger sight range and 20% increased attack range. The turret fires missiles that deal 87 (+4%/level) damage that also deal 25% splash damage but cannot attack enemies that are too close to it. Lasts until disassembled or destroyed. Can only have 1 turret active.

Guardian Drone

Cooldown: 15 seconds

Deploys a drone that shields a large area reducing all damage by taken by allies inside the field by 15% and lasts for 10 seconds before failing. The drone can be destroyed by 3 basic attacks from heroes.

Widow Mine
Ability Key: E
Energy Cost: 60
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Deploys a Widow mine that travels to the target location and burrows underground after 1.5 seconds. If a nearby enemy hero approaches, the widow mine launches a missile at them dealing 213 (+4%/level) damage to the target and enemies near it. The Widow Mine is destroyed after it attacks. Lasts for 60 seconds. Widow mines are not stealthed.

Calls down 2 MULEs that independently repair structures and restore ammo. Restores 1% structure health per second and 1 ammo for every 4% health restored. Lasts 50 seconds.

Shrike Bunker

Cooldown: 80 seconds
Build Time: 4 seconds

Constructs a 3500 (+4%/level) health Bunker at a target location over 4 seconds that comes with a Shrike Turret that automatically attacks enemies in range. Up to two allied heroes can enter the bunker and man the gun emplacements inside that allows them to attack enemies while inside the bunker. The Shrike Turret and gun emplacements deal 75 (+4%/level) damage per second at 7.5 range. The Bunker lasts until destroyed. Can have up to two active bunkers.

*Bunkers cannot be built on Bushes and Vents, near gates or at the center of lanes to prevent intentional minion blocking. Swann is automatically garrisoned after building the bunker.

Upgrade: Neosteel Fortification
Up to 3 allied heroes can enter the bunker and increases bunker health by 25%.

Seismic Charge
Ability Key: R
Energy Cost: 75
Cooldown: 30 seconds

Places a Seismic Charge at a target location that arms after 3 seconds. After it is armed the charge can be detonated and deals 386 (+4%/level) damage to enemies in a very large area around it and slows them by 40% for 3 seconds. Can have up to 2 charges active.

Charges can be detonated individually by targeting them with the R key (global range) or detonated simultaneously by using the Mass Detonation active ability(enabled when selecting Seismic Charge).

Upgrade: Deep Impact
Can now have up to 3 charges active and the charge slows enemies in a 30% larger area when detonated, damage area remains the same.

Talents

LEVEL 1

Flaming Betty - Deploys a Flame Turret that damages multiple enemies and burrows underground when not in combat.

Blaster Billy - Deploys a Rocket Turret that deals high damage to single targets and slows their movement.

Spinning Dizzy - Deploys a Missile Turret that sees farther, detects invisible enemies and fires missiles that deal medium damage and 25% splash damage but cannot attack enemies that are too close.

LEVEL 4

Concussive Grenades - Basic attacks slow enemies by 25% for 1.5 seconds.
