Swann has a durability bar that decreases every time he auto attacks. He is unable to autoattack if the bar is empty. This sounds terrible, but bear with me.
Primary Abilities

Re-arm Claw/Riveter
Claw is slow melee attack, but roots the enemy for .5 seconds.
Riveter is a melee 3 burst attack (Genji's AA, but melee only).
Using this ability toggles to the other weapon, refills the durability meter, grants 10 armor for 2 seconds, and heals Swann for an amount of health based on the % durability missing from the bar.

Concussion Shell
The one he had in the hero mission of WoL, Marauder weapon with Concussion Shell upgrade.
Short range, but not melee, maybe more like Sonya spear distance.
Slows enemies for 1 second

Overload
Swann punches the ground with current arm weapon and causes an explosion in a ring around him.
12 second cooldown
Can talent for extra damage against minions.
Instantly depletes durability bar.
Swann can hit Q to switch to other arm weapon, but the overloaded one can not be switched back to for the duration of Overload's cooldown.
Heroic Abilities

Spinning Dizzy and Blaster Billy
Swann has some gear on his back that a turret pops out of. The turret changes based on which arm weapon Swann has equipped. Turrets stay on Swann's back (like lili dragon spirit) for 10 seconds and autotargets/autofires, preferring heroes over minions.
Claw/Spinning Dizzy - Claw melee roots for longer and turret sprays salvo of 12 missles on every autoattack.
Riveter/Blaster Billy - Riveter hits 5 times per AA and turret fires blasts slowly that damage and reduce armor.
Once time is up, turret explodes and does damage in a ring around Swann (same damage as E)

Flaming Betty MK2
On using this ability, a giant perdition turret comes out of the ground underneath Swann. He sits on top of it.
Swann is invulnerable for 3 seconds, but he can't move.
Every 1 second for 3 seconds, Flaming Betty fires a ball of blue fire in the direction of your pointer. It explodes on the first thing it hits, or after it travels a range of 50.
When Flaming Betty fires the ball of fire forward, fire sprays in an small arc behind it as well, but it doesn't do as much damage as the ball.
