Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj is a unique Brawl where there are only five players, fighting against a team of AI. This team of AI doesn't consist of normal Heroes, but of C'Thun and his servants. The map itself is based on the Ahn'Qiraj instances from World of Warcraft, with the left side being the desert, the middle being the ruins themselves, and the right being the temple of Ahn'Qiraj. There are three lanes, with Mercenaries only on your side, but no watchtowers. The goal is the same as normal matches: destroy the enemy's Core. The players' minions and buildings are the same from the Sky Temple, while the enemy's are described below.
Combat Trait
1
The Buildings
The enemy Towers, Gates, Walls and Forts work the same as normal.
2
Keeps
The enemy Keeps are a bit different though: three Ragnaroses. Each Ragnaros has the same Health as he usually does in Molten Core form, but his Health doesn't burn away. The range of Meteor Shower and Explosive Rune is reduced by 30%.
Each Ragnaros increases the shields and damage of the Core by 50%.
After a Fort is destroyed, the Ragnaros in that lane will send a Lava Wave down their lane every 80 seconds.
3
The Core
The enemy Core is C'Thun himself. He has three attacks: a slow-moving laser that increases in power and radius over time. Five tentacles burst from the ground and attack nearby enemies. An aoe curse that deals damage over time to all nearby enemies and slows them. C'Thun recovers Health over time.
Primary Abilities
1
The Minions
The enemy minions are Silithid.
Silithid Reavers are fast melee attackers with increased health compared to normal melee minions.
Silithid Wasps are fast ranged attackers with increased damage compared to normal ranged minions.
Silithid Colossuses are large, slow melee attackers with a huge amount of health and decent damage. Drop two Regen Globes on death.
Secondary Abilities
1
The Other Type of Minions
In addition to the Silithid, the enemy has a second type of more powerful minions. These level up over time similarly to Heroes, but don't have Talents and don't need to gather exp.
2
Cho'Gall
The most powerful minion C'Thun has is Cho'Gall. This Cho'Gall has 50% increased size compared to normal, greatly increased Health and Damage and all crowd control is reduced by 70%. Cho'Gall cannot use Heroic Abilities, but he's still a huge threat to you.
3
Alarak
N'Zoth has allowed C'Thun to borrow his Herald for this Brawl. This Alarak does not have the Trait or Heroic Abilities of normal Alarak. A new Alarak spawns every 40 seconds at the enemy Fountain, up to 4.
4
Worshippers
Every minion wave also has a Worshipper. The Worshippers do not attack, but give all nearby Silithid, Alarak and Cho'Gall 15% increased damage and 20 Armor.
Heroic Abilities
1
Curses
C'Thun doesn't just sit and wait for you to come kill him. Every 160 seconds, he uses a powerful spell. For every one of his Forts that is destroyed, the cooldown on the spells is reduced by 15 seconds. For every Ragnaros, 30 seconds.
2
Curse of Tongues
For 20 seconds, all Heroes of your team have 50% increased cooldowns on their Abilities. Additionally, there is a 0.5 delay whenever they use an Ability.
3
Curse of Flesh
For 30 seconds, all of your Structures take 70% increased damage.
4
Blessing
For 10 seconds, Cho'Gall is Invulnerable and Unstoppable.
5
Weakening Curse
For 15 seconds, all Heroes and minions on your team move 50% slower and deal 60% less damage.
Well...
There's probably a lot of problems with this, but I thought it could be kind of a cool idea.
