The Shapeshifter

LEVEL SCALING IS NORMAL 4% PER LEVEL

"Samir Duran" and "Emil Narud" are but two of the many names used over the millennia by a Xel'naga in service to Amon. Millennia after the fall of his master Amon, Duran manipulated the conflicts between the Terran, Protoss, and Zerg in order to bring about his master's return. Duran took many guises and roles throughout the conflict, including a member of the Confederate Resistance Forces, an advisor in the United Earth Directorate, an infested Terran consort to Sarah Kerrigan, head of the Moebius Foundation and the Terran Dominion Hybrid Breeding Program, and finally a Xel'naga and jailer to Ouros. All of these roles were used to manipulate events to bring about Amon's return.

Samir brings up a hero rooster wheel to select any hero he wants to shift into. After channeling for 3 seconds Samir becomes that hero with all the same talents that hero has as well but cannot use their heroic ability, when Samir is another hero his health loss is proportionate to his health so if he loses 50% of his maximum health as the person he shifted into he will have 50% hp when he shifts back into himself. Samir can hit D to become himself again at any time.

Take Aim
Samir aims down the sights of his rifle, during this time he cannot move, for every 2 second after it is off of cool down, Penetrating Shot deals 10% more damage up to 150% more damage.

Fire
Samir shoots his rifle dealing 200 damage +(4%) in a 15 range line, dealing 100% damage to the first enemy hit and dealing 10% less damage for every enemy hit.

Samir lays a landmine down, it has 50 Health and is invisible, when an enemy steps on one it blows up, damaging for 100+(4%), Slowing for 10% for 5 Seconds and revealing them for 10 seconds.

After pressing E Samir brings up a hotbar in 3 Stages, Team Select, Hero Select, and Ability Select

Team Select - Samir Select which team of heroes to pick from, Uses keys QW for Ally Team and ER for enemy team
Hero Select - Samir Selects which hero to copy and ability from, Uses Keys Q, W, E, R, D to Select heroes 1-5 for either team
Ability Select - Samir Selects which hero ability to use, he can use basic abilities and abilities that talents grant.

Call the Thunder (R1)
Cool Down - 60 Seconds

Samir will shift back into a human and call in a nuclear strike, the only indication for this strike is a little blinking red dot, After channeling for 4.5 seconds the nuke will be sent, after 5.5 seconds it will strike the dot dealing 1000+(4%) Damage in a 6.5 Range radius, enemies 2.5 or less away from the center take 50% more damage and are stunned for 1.0 seconds.
Call the Thunder deals 66% less damage to buildings

Special Mount

Permanent Cloak
After not being in combat for 6 seconds Samir will cloak, gaining 20% movement speed and become invisible.
When Samir is invisible his next basic attack will slow by 25% and deal 50% more damage.

Shapeshifting
Samir will gain the mount of whatever he is shapeshifting as.

Level 1 Talents

(Q)"Quest" Penetrating Shot - Hit Enemy Heroes with Penetrating Shot 20 Times, hitting 3 Enemy Heroes instantly completes the quest. Reward - Penetrating Shot deals 100% damage to all penetrated enemies.

(Trait) Semiautomatic Rifle - Samir's Rifle becomes semiautomatic firing 3 Times faster but loses 60% damage

(Q) Hollow Points - Penetrating Shot Deals 50% More Damage and stuns for 3 Seconds Penetrating Shot No Longer Penetrates Enemies

(Passive Trait) Psychic Repair - Doubles the rate at which Samirs regenerates health.

Level 4 Talents

(W) Slowing Mine - Land Mine's slow duration is increased by 5 seconds and its slow is increased by 5%

(W) Armor Piercing Mine - Enemies hit by Land Mine have their armor reduced by 20 for 5 seconds

(W) Flaming Mine - Enemies hit by Land Mine take 7% of their Health as damage over 10 seconds

Level 7 Talents

(Passive Trait) X-24 MK4 Suit - Samir's Permanent Cloak activates 4 seconds sooner

(Passive Trait) Carbon Fiber Suit - Samir Gains 10 Armor Permanently, when he is cloaked, he gains 30 more armor and keeps this bonus 2 seconds after uncloaking

(E) Carbon Copy - Copy Costs 80% of the mana an ability, and has a cooldown of 80%

Level 13 Talents

(Active) XM3 Time Manipulator - Cooldown 60 Seconds - Samir actives a device that places him where he was 5 seconds ago and heals him for 50% of his missing health over 10 seconds.

(Active) Blackhole Grenade - Cooldown - 30 Seconds - Samir throws a grenade that pulls all heroes to the center of the 5.0m blast radius. "This grenade deals no damage"

(Active) Stimpack - Cooldown - 30 Seconds - Samir injects a Stimpack into himself and is under its effects for 10 seconds, it costs 10% of his maximum health and increases his movement speed by 10%, Attack Speed by 20% and lowers his Armor by 10

Level 16 Talents

(Passive Trait) Armor Piecing Rounds - Samir's Basic attacks lower his targets armor by 20 for 2 seconds

(Q) Take Aim - As Samir is Aiming his Penetrating Shot it deals 10% more damage up to 50%, per second.

(D) Shape Shifter - Samir Shapeshift ability works 100% faster and has a 50% cooldown reduction

Level 20 Talents

(R1) Mother of All Bombs - Reduce Call the Thunders Cooldown by 30 Seconds, its channel time has been reduced by 3 seconds and rocket launch to land time has been reduced by 2 seconds, it deals 30% less damage

(R2) Flawless Technique - Mimic has a 20% damage/healing bonus on use, and its cooldown has been reduced by 10%

(Active) Amon's Return - Cooldown 60 Seconds - Samir calls upon Amon's darkness to overwhelm his enemies, after channeling for 3 seconds, all enemy heroes' vision is reduced greatly for 5 seconds

(Active) Amon's Martyr - Cooldown 60 Seconds - Samir calls the largest nuke at his disposal to land directly on top of him, after using his ability a nuke will land after 8 seconds, Samir takes 1000 + 90% of his Max Health as Damage in the Process, Samir can use this ability while Shape Shifting. The Nuke has a blast radius of 10.0m and deals 1500 Damage and stuns for 3 Seconds, Enemies in the 4.0m Radius take 100% more damage.
Abilities that give protections, armor and shields can be used to help Samir survive the Martyrdom
