Blood Master Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe increases your Health Regeneration by 1 per second, up to 30 . Reward: After gathering 15 Regeneration Globes, while Saurfang remains within the Crimson Miasma, your health Regeneration increases by 50%. Reward: After gathering 30 Regeneration Globes, while Saurfang remains within the Crimson Miasma, the duration of Stuns, Roots, and Slows are reduced by 50%. Passive: Reduce Blood Strike and Death's Caress mana cost by 5. |
Blood Plague Quest: Hit enemies with Death's Caress or Crimson Miasma. Reward: After hitting 500 enemies, reduce the cooldown of Death's Caress and Crimson Miasma by 1 second. Reward: After hitting 1000 enemies, Basic Attacks also apply Blood plague and every additional application increases the duration by 3 seconds, up to a maximum of 9 seconds. Vampiric Blood (Heroic) Mana cost: 100 Cooldown: 75 seconds Activate to increase your maximum health by 25% and all healing and shields received by 25% for 15 seconds. Passive: Basic Attacks heal for 25% of the damage dealt. |
Bloodgorge (Heroic) Mana cost: 120 Cooldown: 90 seconds Activate to protect Saurfang with a carapace of blood, which starts with 684 (+4% per level) health. The carapace of blood drains 2% of the maximum Health to all nearby enemy Heroes per second increasing his health to a maximum of 1026 (+4% per level) health. The carapace detonates for damage equal to half its health after 5 seconds or when this ability is activated again. Passive: Saurfang gains 5 health for each point of Blood Power he has. |
Tier 5 (Level 13) |
Blood Presence Saurfang can casts Crimson Miasma on himself to make the cloud follow him. Passive: Increase Crimson Miasma duration by 3 seconds. |
Defiled Ground Increase Crimson Miasma cooldown by 2 seconds but now lasts indefinitely if Saurfang remains within the cloud. |

Red Thirst Death's Caress can be recast again for free within 3 seconds for 50% damage. |
Mark of the Fallen Champion Cooldown: 60 seconds Consume all your Blood Power to mark a hero for 5 seconds, causing him to take 25% more damage from your attacks. If the marked hero dies, Saurfang restores all the Blood Power and is instantly healed for 20% of his maximum health and an additional 20% over 10 seconds. Only usable at 100 Blood Power. |

Purgatory Upon taking fatal damage prevents Saurfang from dead, instead absorbes incoming healing equal to the damage prevented. Lasts 5 seconds. This effect has a 60 seconds cooldown. If any healing absorption remains when this effect expires, Saurfang die. |
