Historical Documents
(Mastery) Upon falling below 50% health, allies are healed for x% of the overhealing you've done to them in the last 20 seconds.

Erudition
Apply a heal over time to the target for 20 seconds.

The strength of this heal is increased based on target's health percentage (i.e. if a target is at 90% health it is 90% stronger. Erudition is designed to overheal).


2 charges. 9 second recharge.

Bookmark
Heal a target for a moderate amount.

After 3 seconds, if their health is lower than it was after receiving this heal, it is cast again for free.


1.5 second cast.

Ponderous Thought
Heal an ally for a large amount.

While casting Ponderous Thought your Eruditions heal twice as often.


3 second cast.

Reprimand
Instantly heal the lowest health party member.

If the target of Reprimand is under the effect of Erudition then that Erudition will heal them at 100% effectiveness for the next 6 seconds.


12 second cooldown.

Amanuensis
Mark a target ally, causing any healing you deal to them to be replicated on them again 1 second later at 25% effectiveness.

Only one ally can be marked as your Amanuensis at a time.

Index
Capture a snapshot of allies' health percentages.

After 5 seconds, Index will apply a 20 second heal over time to these allies that will heal them for any health they are missing compared to the snapshotted percentage.

Turn the Page
Reverse a friendly target's health percentage (i.e. if the target is at 30% health they are set to 70% health).

Only usable on targets below 50% health.

Field of Study
(Mastery) X% of all damage you deal to the target of your Study is replicated on nearby enemies of the same creature type within X yards.

Diligence
Apply an 8 second damage over time effect to the target that deals damage once every second.

Each time Diligence deals damage it has a chance to activate for 2 seconds. If reapplied during this window its damage is increased by 25%, up to 100%.

An activation of Diligence only occurs once per cast.

Can be cast while channeling other abilities.

Study
Channel to study the target, dealing arcane damage to them over time.

Study has a 25% chance to grant you a charge of Insight each time it deals damage.

Insight
Spend up to 3 charges of Insight to deal a burst of arcane damage to your target and increase the speed at which Study deals damage by 10% for each charge spent. This effect lasts 5 seconds and stacks.

Can be cast while channeling other abilities.

Each charge of Insight spent has a 20% chance to grant you Epiphany.

Epiphany
Apply a powerful damage over time effect to your target for 12 seconds.

This spell is incredibly mana intensive.

Reflect
Channel for 3 seconds to reflect on what you've learned, greatly increasing your mana regeneration.

Additionally while channeling Reflect:

- the duration of your damage over time abilities is paused

- your damage over time abilities deal damage twice as fast

- you can move without interrupting Reflect's channel


30 second cooldown.

Academia
For the next 20 seconds, each stack of Insight spent increases your haste by 1%, and each use of Epiphany increases your haste by 3%.

When Academia expires an arcane cloud unfurls from your location, granting X% of all damage you dealt during Academia as mana, split equally between allies within 40 yards.


3 minute cooldown.

Intuition
(Mastery) Reduce the time it takes to apply a stack of Cognition to enemies by X.

Cognition
(Passive) Damage enemies deal to you is reduced by 3% for every 2 seconds they spend in combat with you, up to 15%.

Arcane Bindings
(Passive) Greatly increases the armor value you receive from cloth armor.

Cosmetic note: while Adept Scholars wear cloth armor, Arcane Bindings causes them to gain Arcane Wards around them that would give them a silhouette similar to plate wearers.

Taunt the target into attacking you.

Comprehend
Gain an absorb shield that increases in strength by 10% for each stack of Cognition on your target, consuming those stacks in the process.

2 charges. 10 second recharge.

Imbued Assault
Strike up to three enemies in front of you.

Imbued Assault's damage is increased by a portion of the damage you suffered during its cooldown.


3 second cooldown.

Emanate
Activate to pulse with arcane power, periodically damaging nearby enemies.

Lasts 10 seconds.

The damage of Emanate increases in power for each second it is not active, up to 200% after not being used for 10 seconds.

This bonus damage decays quickly over 5 seconds.

Ethereal Stride
Vanish from reality for 1 second before reappearing at the target enemy within 25 yards.

Ethereal Stride disorients all nearby enemies at its arrival point for 2 seconds, provided they are not already in combat.


20 second cooldown.

Tutelage
Cause allies within 40 yards to benefit from Cognition for the next 8 seconds.

2.5 minute cooldown.
