[HERO CONCEPT] - "TERRAN MINERAL MINER" - SCV

THIS IS WORK IN PROGRESS!!!
CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMS ARE WELCOMED 

"Initially used during the reconstruction of the old Confederacy’s Tarsonian orbital platforms, the T-280 SCV is a staple of construction and repair across the Dominion. The SCV is the workhorse of the Terran planets due to its ability to perform a multitude of tasks, including constructing new buildings, repairing damaged structures and units, and harvesting and transporting raw resource materials. This versatility and unmatched reliability make the SCV an invaluable tool in rapidly establishing Marine encampments on any terrain."


ROLE: 
SCV is a support specialist who specialize building auxiliary structures that can aid lanes or help locate enemy teams. ex) Barracks, Sensor Towers, and entire base. 
SCV can repair structures later in the late game 

SCV still can engage in a combat by using Q and W to hit n' run or chasing an enemy

Combat Trait

Build Barrack
Build a Barrack which spawns a marine (uncontrollable)  every minion waves  (The marine will have same damage with melee minions but with 50% more HP) 

Similar concept of Abathur and his Locust Nest, SCV' Barrack can produce marines that can aid the lane pushes while soaking the exp during the team fight or doing objectives. 
Moreover, the talents can allow the Barrack to have addons to increase the production of marines or upgrade marines to marauders. 

Primary Abilities

Power Drill
Increase in attack damage 100% Minions/Building and 70% Heroes lasting 3 seconds

Thruster
Increase movement speed for 5 seconds

Sensor Tower
Build a Sensor Tower nearby the fort: highlight enemy movements (minions, mercs, heroes) but not netural mercs, Lasts for 120 seconds

Heroic Abilities

Emergency Encampment
Call down two bunkers, a command center, missile turret, and medi bay. 
All structures have 70% health of regular bases.


* Bunkers are replaced for destroyed turrets
* Command Center is replaced for destroyed fort
* Missile Turret is replaced for destroyed 3rd turret
* Refinery is replaced for destroyed Moon Well

! If there are remaining turrets, forts, or moonwell, those structures are not replaced only the ones that are destroyed

Dual Fusion Welder
SCV can generates permanent shields on structures (x mana = y shield) 


*The shield fills up to maximum health of the structures

"Tech Lab" - Barrack produces a murader
"Reactor" - Barrack produces two marines
"Shield Upgrade" - Marines now have 100% more health
"Tech Reactor" - Barrack produce a marin and a murader

(Q)
"Rusty Drill" - makes enemy bleed for 3 seconds
"Mineral Driller" - cause minions to drop minerals (Mana) or Vespene gas (Health) upon death *when killing minions with the ability*

(W)
"Trail of fire" - leaves a fire trail causing dot
"Overboost" - dashes to target location instanteously, upon arrival SCV is slow for 50%
"

(E)
"Upgraded Sensor" - increase the range of detection
"Radar Tower" - detects cloacked units and heroes
"Healing pulse" - pulses a healing wave every 30 seconds

(R1)
R1 (T7) - "Fortified Encampment" All summoned structures now have 100% more health than regular base structures.

(R2)
R2 (T7) - "Bio-Fussion Wielder" SCV can "repair" ally heroes

Good concept, I have nothing to add. It would be incredible to see a team with SCV, Azmodan, Gazlowe, Sylvanas and Sgt. Hammer just pushing through lanes like butter :)
