Selendis by Quicksilver

Every two seconds, Selendis' next basic attack will charge towards the target enemy, dealing 2% of the target's maximum health. This affect will not happen if the enemy is already within basic attack range. Able to hold two stacks.

Selendis dashes toward an enemy, dealing 260 dmg (+16 per lvl) and makeing the target 20% vulnerable for one second. Cooldown:6 sec.

Selendis releases a psionic energy in a wave that deals 120 (+12 per lvl) damage and slows all enemies for 15% in a large area. Cooldown: 8 sec.

Selendis channels for 1.5 seconds, then teleports to a target location. If damaged while channeling, the channel time becomes 2 seconds. Cooldown: 12 sec.

Selendis deployes one interceptor from withing her carrier. The Interceptor is invulnerable and deals 60 dmg (+4 per lvl). Has 4 charges. A maximum of 4 interceptors can be deployed at a time. Cooldown: 4 sec.

Selendis locks an aura beam on either an enemy or ally hero. This beam grants a damage boost to an ally, causing them to deal 25% extra damage. It slows the enemy hero targeted for 30%. The beam lasts 6 seconds. If targeting an ally, the aura beam will move with the hero, never missing. If targeting an enemy, the beam will move slowly, giving the oponent to escape. Can only be used once per Carrier

Passive. Selendis' carrier moves 25% faster than a regular hero.

Passive: Selndis' basic ability cooldown timers are 25% smaller

Selendis is warped up to her carrier, then descends at a target location after 1 second. She gains a new ability set and basic attack while in the carrier. If the carrier is destroyed before the timer ends, Selendis warps to the location of the carrier after 2 seconds. Lasts 20 seconds. Cooldown: 100 sec.
