After a short delay a spear falls from the sky, Slowing nearby enemies by 30% for 3s. But dealing 200(+4%) dmg and slowing any target hit directly for 90% for 1.5s.
The spear will lay in position. If Selendis makes contact she will pick it for the remainder of the duration. The spear has a duration of 12s, the duration begins on pick up or after 3s of not being picked up. Upon pick up, her Cleave and overcharge cooldown is refreshed, she is Granted 30% basic attack dmg and a slight melee range buff (base 1.5 up to 2).

Passive: upon being displaced, a Psionic image is left at the original location for 1.25s. This effect has a separate 5s cooldown.
If a displaced image is already active; Re-activating (E) will preposition the image from it's current location and increase its duration by 1.25s, by using the cooldown of Psionic Projection (E)

Description and features
Psionic Images: the shorter duration on images means that the displacement passive alone cannot mitigate some of the bigger hooks, gusts or stun lock follow ups. But being able to use the cooldown ability in combination, through stuns and roots grants that mitigation potential. With a teleport window stacking up to 2.5s
why not an assassin? because her threat is effectively on a Cooldown 50s.
she is hard to nail down or kidnap and she can clear; but has no AA until you're able to stack the (D) and (W) bonuses, and has no burst without the spear resets.
for 12s every 50s you're dangerous... but you're also difficult to disengage from. Shifting Psionic Projection's power into the displacement passive retracts heavily from her basic escape ability, and centers it around big engage moments.

passive - the first stun you take knocks nearby enemies back, dealing damage, duration of stun is reduced 50%. can only activate once every 20 seconds, cooldown duration is automatically reset when picking up adun's spear.
skullcracker - every third attack stun target for 0.25s
T4 - R1, R2
T5 spear fall - outer ring applies a 10% slow, inner ring slow 90% for the first second, and increases weapon pickup magnet range.
