Selphie is childish, upbeat, and hyperactive, always looking to have fun. She is a fan of combining words to form new ones. Selphie uses the expression "Booyaka!" on her website as a greeting. She wants to spread the lingo, but fails. In Japanese it is "Mamimumemo!"—which is the "M" row in the Japanese alphabet. Selphie is talented with computers and vehicles, and has many hobbies, ranging from running a website in the Balamb Garden intranet to heading the Garden Festival Committee to being obsessed with trains. Selphie has a dark sense of humor, sometimes displaying it in a way others are not comfortable with.

Draw
Target one enemy hero. After 0.5 channeling decrease cooldown on last used basic ability by 3 seconds and targeted enemy cooldown on last used spell will be stopped for 3 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Full-Cure
Target one ally hero to heal 150(+4%) HP for 10 Mana. After targeting ally Selphie starts accumulating mana. When the spell is reactivated, it will heal based on accumulated mana. Selphie accumulates 10 mana every 0.25 second and 10 mana heals 30(+4%) HP. During accumulation Selphie can move freely.

Cooldown 10 seconds.

Wall
Select a line where wall will rise. (size of wall is little wider than size of Diablos or Anub'araks model size). Allied heroes near the wall gain 20 armor if the enemy from which damage is taken is located on other side of that wall. Wall last 5 seconds.

Slot Ability
Deal 140(+4%) damage to one enemy. An additional effect is added based on the class of the enemy hero on which you used Draw.
Tank/Bruiser - Enemy hero movement speed is decresed by 20% for 2.5 seconds.
Melee Assassin/Ranged Assassin - Extra 50% damage as damage over 3 seconds.
Healer/Support - Decrease enemy healing by 33% for 3 seconds.

Quest: Cast Slot Ability on enemy heroes 10 times without dying. Reward: All minions, monsters and mercenaries near enemy hit by Slot ability will recieve 50% of damage.

Cooldown 7 seconds.
40 Mana.

Heroic Abilities

Rapture
Target one ally or enemy hero. After 0.5 seconds channeling, selected hero will be forcefully heartstoned 4 seconds after casting. Once this ability is cast heartstoneing cannot be interupted. When it is cast on an allied hero, that hero can freely move and attack and has their movement speed increased by 20% for 4 seconds. When it is cast on an enemy hero that enemy is rooted for 4 secondsbut still can attack and use abilities. If on targeted enemy hero is used Cleanse, Rapture will be dispelled. If targeted hero dies before geting heartstoned cooldown is reduced by 45 seconds. Cannot selfcast.

Cooldown 120 seconds.

Quezacotl
After activating, Selphie will get a shield equal to 50% of her maximum health. If shield from this ability isn't destroyed within 3 seconds Selphie will enter stasis and dissapear from map and Quezacotl will enter dealing 400(+4%) damage around the area where Selphie stood. Then Selphie reapears on the same spot where she dissapeared. (Area is like Artanis suppression pulse)

Cooldown 80 seconds.
80 Mana.

LEVEL 1 TALENTS

(Q) Basic Training - Basic attacks against enemies while accumulating mana for Full Cure will restore 15 Mana. Attacking enemy heroes doubles the effect.

(W) Junction Earth Element - Cast range increased by 50%.

(E) Dark Humor - Quest: Hit enemy heroes with additional effect.
Reward: After Casting Slot Ability with slow effect on 15 enemy heroes increase slow to 50% and increase slow duration by 0.5 second. Other Rewards become unavailable.
Reward: After Casting Slot Ability with damage over time effect on 15 enemy heroes increase damage over time to 100% bonus damage and Selphie deal 30% more damage to hit by Casting Slot for 3 seconds. Other Rewards became unavailable.
Reward: After Casting Slot Ability with healing reduction effect on 15 enemy heroes increase healing reduction to 70% and for 3 seconds basic attack (from any ally) against enemy hero hit by Casting Slot will heal 80(+4%) HP (proc only once per cast). Other Rewards became unavailable.

(D) Cast Cure - Casting Draw will heal Selphie for 150(+4%) HP and restore 30 Mana.

LEVEL 4 TALENTS

(W) Memories of Trabia Garden - When wall is created every nearby ally gets 140(+4%) shield for 5 seconds.

(D) SeeD of Balamb Garden - When Selphie uses Draw, her ability power is increased by 25% for 6 seconds.

(D) Rivalry of Galbadia Garden - When Selphie uses Draw on an enemy hero decrease that enemy hero's ability power by 30% for 6 seconds.

LEVEL 7 TALENTS

(Q) SeeD Training - When Wall or Slot Ability are used while accumulating mana for heal, half of mana cost of those abilities is added to accumulated mana.

(D) 100 spells - When Draw is used, cooldown on all abilities is decreased, but cooldown reduction is decreased to 2 seconds.

(Active) Full-Esuna - Quest: Accumulate 250 Mana for Full Cure. Repeatable Quest.
Reward: On activation, the next cast of Full Cure (either first or second cast depending when it is activated) will make targeted allied hero unstoppable for 1.5 seconds. After unstoppable is used this quest gets reset.

LEVEL 13 TALENTS

(Q) Perfect Concert - Full-Cure won't cost additional mana when overhealing character but can overheal only 20% of the maximum HP of the healed target.

(W) Junction: Quake - Enemy will receive 40(+4%) damage per second when near wall.

(Q,W,E) What is MP ? - Quest: Gather 50 stacks. If a minion dies near you, you get 1 stack and takedowns reward you with 10 stacks.
Reward: Slot Aability no longer costs mana. Also reduce manacost of Wall by 50% and Full-Cure accumulation from 10 to 8 Mana without decreasing its healing. SeeD Training talent won't be affected so it will work as if Wall and Slot Ability had full manacost.

LEVEL 16 TALENTS

(Q) Expert Training - For duration of heroic ability Full-Cure has no manacost. (hope you are smart enough to know that it will accumulate heal normally)

(W) 255 Defense - Double width of Wall.

(E) Aura - Increase cast range by 50%

LEVEL 20 TALENTS

(R1) The End - If it is cast on an allied hero then that hero will be invulnerable for 4 seconds and if it is casted on an enemy hero, that hero will be silenced and blinded for 2 seconds.

(R2) Pandemona - Shield is increased to 100% of Selphie's maximum HP and 50% of damage dealt will return to Selhpie as healing and enemy heroes hit by pandemona standing near Selphie's position will be stunned for 1.5 seconds.

(E) Multicast - Slot Ability has 2 charges and it replenish both charges at the same time cooldown reduced by 2 seconds.

(D) Equip Strange Vision - When Selphie uses her Draw ability, heroic abilities also get cooldown reduction. Cooldown reduction doubled.

Changelogs

- Q Full Cure - Altered Functionality: No longer is Selphie unable to use basic attacks or other abilities while charging Full Cure. - Heal increased from 85 to 100. - Added Functionality: Now first cast will instantly heal target for 150 health for 10 Mana.

Reward: When Full-Cure get recasted to heal targeted hero will becam unstoppable for 1.5 second.

SeeD Training talent won't be affected so it will work as if Wall and Slot Ability had full manacost.

Creator Comment.: Well I didn't realized how high her healing was but when I calculated that she would be able to do healing equal to 4 Ancestral Healing within one minute that would be too much :D

- R1 Rapture - Added Restriction: Rapture casted on enemy heroes can be dispelled by Cleanse.
